vitamins/Liver sup/BP support
Ready to go.
Pretty much gonna try and keep it clean since I gain fat pretty easily.
I cut down from 189 to my current weight 150. not sure on my BF% but I'm 5'6
So I was told to do eat 15-17x BW while on cycle is this to low or to high? gonna separate meals to 6-8 a day.trying to go for an aesthetic build. any advice, will be helpful. Thank you.

If you're gonna go for adding muscle on cycle, I'd aim for around 21-23 cals per pound. This should minimize fat gain. Protein around 1.5g/lb.

That's the way I'd do it without knowing your BF, but assuming you're not too high with your height and weight.

My issue is, a really solid diet plan is based on LEAN body mass. Because you want to feed everything but the fat, in a sense. To an extent, that is. Because it's unlikely you'll burn fat and gain muscle.
 
Cycle looks good. What are your doses for everything?

I would aim for 3,500 calories.

Gonna try 3000 first.
I haven't been this light in 7 years so 3000 sounds very little to me. But I did manage to drop a lot of weight was hoping to hit at least 11% but think I got around 13%. Got real hard after that.

Thank you. Definitely be doing the 1.5g on protein. And keeping fat down as much as possible I'll start with 21cals first.
