First DNP cycle

I'm going to run a kind of a test dnp cycle starting in a couple weeks. 12 days starting with 200mg of syntrop DNP for the first 4 days, then if all is well, 400mg for 4 days, and if all is well i might try 600mg for the last 4 days.

Anyone that has experience with DNP have any critizism of this? And in your personal experience what kind of things should i be watching out for? Thanx
 
Hey Life, I was thinking of popping 250mg of Test E also during this cycle of DNP but have never done such a low dose, have you done this and what were the results?

I dont think it will be necessary. Being that the test is going to build up to week 4 prior to its noticeable effects, That and the fact that DNP isnt catabolic for the most part compared to other cutting agents. I think you could run through a 20 day DNP cycle and not need it.
 
I would run it for 12 weeks, not just the month+ DNP cycle.

Ehhh I think it would be counterproductive, Since DNP is going to be feeding on your energy stores exclusively, its going to be really hard for you to get through a workout, especially since your nutritions going to be modified, your results my vary.. Why not do your test cycle then cut with dnp... 12 weeks on test, PCT, Then 20 day DNP cycle.

I really can't stand clen anymore, last few times I have done it, it didn't really do anything. T# makes my neck throb, I have tried it twice and won't do it again, not sure if it is just me but didn't like the constant neck throb even at a low dose.
I do use ECA and like it especially in conjunction with the DNP as it keeps energy levels up. The results of the DNP just blow away everything else and at a low dose the sides are very minimal.

Damn, it fucks you up pretty hard huh? Fortunately i am good with it. No probs so far.
 
Yep, it does. Yesterday was day 2 of DNP for me, been taking it before bed and sleeping like a fucking baby!!! Wife is 8 months prego so she wants the AC on wherever and whenever which is GREAT with me, LOL
No need for ECA or anything else as energy levels are fine still great,. just a rise in heat already.

Still wondering about the 250mg of Test :D
 
Today is my third day of 200mg and both my arms have broken out in a rash and were itching like hell. I took benadryl about an hour ago and the itching has stopped and the bumps may be going down...or maybe they just arn't as red because i'm not scratching them anymore. Does this mean my cycle is over? :confused: Or will it go away and I can stay on?
 
See how the Benadryl works first bro. I usually take Benadryl before bed 3 days before I start DNP because my lips actually get a little puffy and this stops it.
You can ice the rash a little so you don't scratch it but the Benadryl should help.
 
Since DNP uses up ATP, would it be good to take something that helps replenish the ATP?
Or aids in its production?
Maybe that could help in how it works or its results?
Like refilling the gas tank constantly is my thought, so the energy levels never fall off.

Is there something that does that?
 
I think your missing the point of DNP, it is meant to reduce ATP production.

DNP accomplishes the astounding boost in metabolic rate via inhibition of the F0F1 ATP synthesis molecule, located in the inner wall of each mitochondrion. While the electron transport chain still functions to pump hydrogen ions into the intermembrane space, the coupling of the proton gradient to ATP production is rendered impossible by DNP. As a result, ATP production is dramatically reduced, and the energy is instead thrown off as heat. This results in an astounding production of heat; when using dinitrophenol, the athlete will radiate so much heat that it is uncomfortable to be within any proximity of them. Luckily, this heat does not fully contribute to body temperature increases, and is instead thrown off from the entire body surface, particularly the head. As a result, adequate doses of DNP will usually only elevate body temperature by about 1-1.5C. This is a good thing for your central nervous system and other delicate tissues; if the heat produced by ATP contributed in a more direct matter to body temperature, effective doses for fat loss would cause supraphysiological body temperature increases on a level unwitnessed at this time. Nonetheless, overheating is a very real danger; this and other side effects shall now be addressed.
 
The rash has almost completely went away and I bumped the dose to 200mg a day, yesterday. little night sweating last night.

My lips felt numb this morning and about 4 lymph nodes in my neck are swollen. Is that normal?

I didn't notice an negative effect on my work outs on DNP.. I can lift and even run all day on DNP as long as i'm taking in fruits and lots of water.. I've ran a 3.5km on my first run of DNP on 600mg. The post is around here somewhere (2007-2008). This was *without* AAS. With AAS, you spare more muscle, burn fat more efficiently, don't feel like you're dragging ass, and for whatever reason you stink.. My armpits were like *woah*.

Superdrol, Anavar, Winny, ANY AAS with a short ester will be good while on DNP. Because even though DNP is muscle sparing is affects how efficiently your body uptakes nutrients - protein included. I say Test E because it's my favorite and I'm on at least 50% of the year nowadays..working out or not. I just feel good and maintain better.

DNP doesn't so much feed on your stores, your body is forced to dip into fat for energy because of the affect of DNP on ATP. DNP in itself is muscle sparing because of this - otherwise the same shit that happens to us when we starve would happen - we burn muscle *then* we burn fat.

My workouts have been fine, on Day 6, down 5 lbs and have some good energy still. Sleep has been awesome!! I'm not taking and ECA unless I need it, NO Xplode pre-workout is working great as well. I do have some Var here but don't really want to jump on any sort of cycle with a baby due in less then a month and I know I won't be at the gym for a few weeks.

I've been doing 600mg for 3 days now and still am not feeling any heat, lethargy, or night sweats...Syntop dnp has got to be seriously under dosed. All i've noticed is puffy lips and a rash.
