First DNP cycle

I'm going to run a kind of a test dnp cycle starting in a couple weeks. 12 days starting with 200mg of syntrop DNP for the first 4 days, then if all is well, 400mg for 4 days, and if all is well i might try 600mg for the last 4 days.

Anyone that has experience with DNP have any critizism of this? And in your personal experience what kind of things should i be watching out for? Thanx
 
I know there were some guys at OLM who were taking it and got noting as well, there was a thread there on it. Figure if you are on 600 and I believe they use crystal then that is 450mg which you should be feeling.
Have you lost any weight this week?
 
No, i've gained 2 pounds since I started on the 23rd. I'm at 800mg today so maybe that will bring on some heat. I think i'm going to scrap this shit and just use the t3 and clen i have along with prop and winny. I wish I could find some legit DNP though :rolleyes: Got myself all pysched up about it for nothing.
 
the 2 lbs gain could be your body retaining more water to compensate for the massive amount of heat generated and electrolytes being lost. You will need to wait until you stop the cycle and give it a few days to flush the water weight off before you can determine the results.
 
i think the water gain is HIGHLY over exaggerated. you might hold an extra one, maybe two pounds. usually I hold no water at all on my dnp cycles. Rather than lose weight when i come off, i actually gain weight, i know its from the glycogen bein reloaded into the muscles, but i dont look any leaner either.. IF you stay hydrated you wont hold water, in my experience with it.

were all different i lose 5-8lbs depending on how long i was running dnp and how much sodium was in my diet..
