First DNP Cycle

Whats up guys. Starting a DNP cycle July 6th as follows

Days 1-4: 250 mg crystalline ed
Days 5-17 500 mg crystalline ed
After that off for hopefully ever depending on results

I am 20 y/o 6' 3 202 lbs right now. rough guess I would say 21-23% bf will post pics on first day
I plan on taking NO support supps. Just 2 gal water per day, 1-2 cups v8, 25 mg ephedrine and 200 mg caffeine and a bj's multi so i guess 3 support supps actually LOL. Again, this is my first cycle but I think I can handle it. I will get nutrients and electrolytes through food and drink. eating at 2500 cals 50/30/20 macros. clean foods greek yogurt, oats, brown rice, sweet potatoe, chicken, honey, fruits veggies.

Will be back on 7-6-2016 to begin the daily updates

GOALS when it is all said and done: 188lbs and 15% bf or less

I thought people were smarter these days about dnp but I guess you're still living under a rock thinking 95% of users die or get cataracts
I'll be honest, no shit i could lose the weight slowly over a few months I've done it in the past. But i want to fucm around with dnp. Plus with the anti catabolic effects and 9:1 fat muscle ratio this is much more muscle sparring. But thanks for your input nancy, have a nice night

Where in the fuck did you get the 9:1 ratio cause that's bullshit. DNP cooks your body in the least subjective way possible you are extremely catabolic on it and will lose strength muscle mass and the will to do anything. Also I really enjoy how you have planned to just up the DNP 4 days in during the middle of summer! I did DNP for 23 days during the winter (real winter where it's -20 or lower every day) at 250mg the whole time except day 10 where I tried 500mg and thought I would die from the amount I was sweating. Yes I reacted very well to DNP and had good quality product but you have no idea how you will react. Also your attitude is less then desirable pretty sure nobody cares how your weight loss is going to go with an attitude like that.

As for who cares about my weight loss 1) my attitude is not actually this bad you guys are just throwing misinformation all around thus riling me up 2) noone has to care. I know when people begin research like i did, the more logs you can find and read the more knowledge you slowly build. So this is me helping others like I have been helped myself

How about this, I asked WHERE you got your 9:1 ratio so let's see your scientific study resulting in a 9:1 fat to muscle loss ratio or that for some reason everybody is wrong and DNP isn't catabolic but in actuality is anti-catabolic? You have never even earned a participation ribbon in this game let alone done anything significant enough to know what you are doing. Logs are a dime a dozen because most of the time the guys that are logging it are retarded when they are doing it. Once again I'll state I have used DNP and many other compounds my reasoning for using DNP was because I needed to lose LBM as well as fat. I used it in the mits of winter and I slept on a towel because I'd soak through sheets. So there's personal experience and as for my knowledge well I guess we will see who here thinks you're smarter and more knowledgable then I on this matter.

i can not give any studies as dnp isnt something that you would see many human studies for. But where there is smoke their is fire and the majority of users that I have read saw very little muscle loss if any. The 9:1 ratio is the rough estimate from results that people had. 9 lbs fat gone for every 1 lb of muscle

Are these people getting hydrostatic body fat tests (DEXA scans) before during and after DNP usuage because if not there is no way to accurately say that in any means. Pull up any log or direct me to a quote where a DNP user tells you they only lost 1 LB of muscle to 9lb of fat cause I can guarantee you that nobody using DNP was that accurate at all. Where there is smoke there's fire... That's a terrible argument to base your knowledge off of by the way.

DNP, via AMPK, has the ability to inhibit BOTH protein synthesis and breakdown (BP1, via a b1 integrin, has a lot to do with this too) = anti-catabolic.

The 9:1 is of course is complete nonsense and their are way too many variables involved to give an exact ratio not just for dnp but for any other thermogenic compound.

Do whatever you want kid, it's your body but you no longer have the luxury of playing ignorant. DNP is reckless and stupid to use. There are no shortcuts to getting lean. a healthy diet, exercise and the discipline to make it a way of life. If you didn't have the discipline to do this without dnp what makes you think you'll keep that fat off when it's use is discontinued?
