First DNP Cycle

Whats up guys. Starting a DNP cycle July 6th as follows

Days 1-4: 250 mg crystalline ed
Days 5-17 500 mg crystalline ed
After that off for hopefully ever depending on results

I am 20 y/o 6' 3 202 lbs right now. rough guess I would say 21-23% bf will post pics on first day
I plan on taking NO support supps. Just 2 gal water per day, 1-2 cups v8, 25 mg ephedrine and 200 mg caffeine and a bj's multi so i guess 3 support supps actually LOL. Again, this is my first cycle but I think I can handle it. I will get nutrients and electrolytes through food and drink. eating at 2500 cals 50/30/20 macros. clean foods greek yogurt, oats, brown rice, sweet potatoe, chicken, honey, fruits veggies.

Will be back on 7-6-2016 to begin the daily updates

GOALS when it is all said and done: 188lbs and 15% bf or less
 
Then don't eat 1400 cals eat 2400 cals but do your cardio and HIIT and lift weights then your total cals after energy energy expenditure would be like 1400 cals. But also I have no idea why you are so stuck to a stupidly low number of calories when you cut that fast with out much LBM the end result isn't going to be something you want anyways.
I dont cut at low cals. I cut at 2500...
 
I don't think I even want to know but what is your lifting history?
Started a little over 5 years ago. First year was wishy washy. 4 since have been perfect with going to gym and lifting correctly. Each year my knowledge of diet has improved and i would say this year and last i really understood the whole diet part and have got it down great. Never used steroids, pro hormones, hgh, etc.
My lifting stats as of may 2016 after my bulk: bench 295 for 1 225 for 6-8
Deadlift 445 for 1 365 for 8-9
Squat 365 for 1 315 for 5
Barbell press standing 165 for 5
These arent meant to be impressive just more a guideline to let you know where i stand. Chest is my weakest part looks and strength wise
 
i have most of my fat on my stomach. I wanted to get rid of it. Still got a while to go until i have visible abs

You do know that most people have fat on their stomach?

Yes but lets say i choose chicken and go with 8 oz raw. That would be less than 1400 cals a day. With a 3 mile run eod and lifting obviously you would have great results but i could never handle that low cals and all that running. Thats why the dnp was awesome. Eat 2500 cals do 2-3 200 cal sessions of cardio and lift heavy 4 days for better results. Also what you proposed has alot of potential to ruin someones metabolism

I think you're looking for a quick fix, not a life style change. You got fat for a reason (just like everyone else who tries dnp) and looking for a quick fix.

You could have possibly burned off 15,000 calories just in cardio itself....in 30 days. Adding in additional weight training, possible 4800-6000 cal (200 calories × 30)

Example
6 am protien Shake
9 am Chicken & salad (fruits)
12 pm Lean beef strip w/salad
3 pm chicken & salad
6 pm healthy dinner
9 pm protien shake

^^How are you unable to survive off ^^ your eating non stop and I guarantee with the above layout you couldn't get all the food down daily for 30 days.

I also have experience with dnp.

I know about the abs haha. Just would be nice to see for a little before my next bulk. Not looking for year round abs. As for diet I like to think I have a pretty good one. Could be slightly better but it is definitely not bad. These attached screenshots are my diet almost every day with small changes here and their

little update like I promised. It is now 8 days after cycle. I dropped most of my water in the first 3 days because I was 198.4 and since then I was still 198.4 up to yesterday. this morning I was 197.8. Waist is 34.75 inches. Now that rash is gone and I shaved I took a few more pics. If you compare to the first pics I uploaded on page 1 or 2 I believe you can see a pretty noticeable difference in how far my stomach sticks out especially from the side photos. Very happy with results. I want to get rid of the dnp I have so instead of saving it for a cycle down the road, I am just going to do a 16 day one August 1. Not going to do day by day updates but at the end of it I will post results here. then, I'm done with dnp for life. Was a fun experience though
