first insulin cycle

That's a good chart. I do feel the effects of the R almost immediately. After the first couple days I'm feeling ok off it. Felt a little shaky last night at work for about an hour or a little less. Have the glucose tabs and ate another meal. Mild though as far as sides are concerned. For me could also be the dbol as it fucks with my blood pressure, I'm taking cialis for that. Yes alot goes into insulin as I'm learning quickly. But cycles are short so if the gainz are there i can put up with some extra hassles for 4-6 weeks.

Future this chart would be helpful

So is the total duration how long I should avoid fats? I actually had novolin, but bought humalog after reading how long lin lasts. The legal way scared me a lot more, can't imagine being in the red for 6 hours
Damn is that chart saying to pin the R 3 times a day? Everything I've read for bbing purposes says only once a day on training days only. Is this chart for legit diabetics?

Your body builds a tolerance very quickly to slin. It ain't nothing to do 20-30iu at at time.

I'm sure ur correct as I'm totally new at this insulin thing but that has to be extreme use for longtime users, no?
Yes. Pretty much if you can get to handle 20-30 iu you should stop using. There are also some things you can take to keep your insulin sensitivity high. The high doses of insulin and gh are what causes the distended stomach look. You're igf-1 one goes through the roof and you have lost all insulin sensitivity. There was a guy talking about it last week on a bodybuilding podcast I like to listen to. Mike Arnold was his name and he explained it all quite well.

I see, that makes sense. Thx for the explanation.

Ok I'm gonna tell anyone thinking about using insulin that the spikes are real. Standing in my kitchen and just started getting shaky, light headed. Grabbed the glucose tabs and downed em with some apple juice. Point being be near sugar cuz the spikes are unpredictable.

Ok, so Friday i took 6iu and today , Monday i took 7. No problems. Feeling full and strong. Up about 3 - 4 lbs
