first insulin cycle

Did back yesterday and chest today. Feeling good and had a noticeable strength increase today. I have to think it's from the insulin. Pinned my 10iu s had my shake and was off. I'm starting to see how my body is reacting, the pattern that's developing in how i feel. I have an hour after my shake to cook and get my meal in me or i start to feel the effects, shakiness etc. I notice since I've gone up to 10iu that the feelings of hunger needing carbs has intensified. 10iu is alot and idk how some of these guys say they're doing 20+, that's nuts. Anyways gainz are there, strength is there and can't stop eating.
 
I'm waiting a few hours. I'm not seeing what id call fat as much as a bloated belly at times cuz my food consumption has gone way up, sometimes i just can't stop eating lol

Digestive enzymes with every meal and Metamucil at lunch and before bed. Trust me.
 
Digestive enzymes will help break down all the carbs, fats and proteins you're eating. You need the help since you're eating far more than you're used to, and what you body is setup to handle. I use the NOW Digestive Enzymes, love them.

Metamucil before bed guarantees a great shit in the am, and a few more throughout the day, that's why I hit the second Metamucil around lunch time.

Ok great advice thx! But to clarify, I'm not stopped up, i have no problem blowing my asshole out multiple times a day.:-)

Implies to me you just need a little help breaking it down and moving it through! Can't hurt!
 
Update: up 11lbs which puts me at 216. I'm at 10iu which is the max I'm going bit I'm not getting any "feeling" from it like i was when i was building up to ten. The extreme hunger is fading, no hypo symptoms. Maybe I'm starting to build a tolerance as I've heard that happens quick with insulin. Gainz are there though with very little, if any fat gainz thus far.

Any interest to just use it 3 or so days a week like I am? I wonder if that will reduce your tolerance. I'm using it for arms, legs and alternate back and chest
 
Few drugs out there to increase sensitivity. Either of you been checking your fasting sugar range and your range right after you eat ?
 
So my first journey with insulin has come to a close. I liked it. Started at 205 and now am at 218. A little fat gained but nothing I'm sweating over. Made me eat like an animal most days. I would like to stack it with a better AAS cycle than what i was running with it and I intend to next cycle. However for a few reasons i will be going into pct mode in 2 weeks and am less than excited about that. Actually i fuckin hate it but i feel it's necessary right now. I'm not going to recommend that anyone here use insulin. I took it upon myself to try it out but your experience may not mirror mine, so do ur research and be careful it's no joke. Thx u to everyone for all the advice etc.
