first insulin cycle

Never did GH so don't know on that, never went over 15 iu pre, I take 15 iu then take about 120g of dextrose with about 60g whey. Take power aid to the gym with me good whole way through no hypo. With 15 iu I have plenty of time to get home and have a full meal while it's still active. Now granted I'm more round the 5 hr area at 15 iu if I don't eat correctly then I can feel the hypo coming on. I go gym bout 830 and don't call myself safe till bout 130 cause I've felt the hypo come on before that late. Just my experience. Sorry at work so probably not the best spelling and wording.

Seems reasonable enough to me. I haven't gone over 10iu's still.
 
15x5x4=300 for me a pen comes out perfect for me

This just what I do, I'm not condoning this or trying to give this as advice, just meets within my plan.
 
+15 min shake 15g glutamine 20g creatine, skim milk Iso whey honey equaling 50carb 50protein
+1 hour in 1 Greek yogurt 2 glucose tabs 20c 12p
+2 hours in same meal above
+3 hours resume normal macros
Sound good?

Humalog? How many ius?
 
Also, I would sip on BCAA's or ECA's with ~50gs of carbs during your workout if you're pinning it pre.

Humalog feels a lot more safe to me, you think it's worth it running by itself or with aas?
I think you'll get something from it either way but a hell of alot more stacking it with aas and gh. With that being said I'm thinking of adding it to my pct in 4 weeks to help with not losing too much. Just came off so a 4 week break sounds about right. Going to fuck with some sarms in addition to the slin and regular pct stuff till i start cycling again in march or April. I fuckin hate coming off! Fuck pct!!!!
