Lastly, question about T sources. Is there any -major- difference between enanthate, cypionate and proprionate? Or the t-400? If so, which would be best for this given circumstance?

Test C and test E for all intents and purposes are essentially the same. Pinning can be done once or twice weekly. Long acting ester with a half.life of roughly 12 days. Takes about 4 weeks to start "feeling it" in the gym.

Test P shorter acting compound. Pinning ED or EOD. Half life maybe 48 hrs (guess) "feel it" in about a week.

Dont fuck with t 400. Usually too full of solvents and causes pip.

Test E or C. Some react worse PIP wise to E. Test c safest bet.

Another couple quick questions here.. how is shelf life of test e? Thinking of buying my stash now in preperation.

And, what gauge are y'all drawing/admining with? Ive heard some do 18 to draw and 21 to admin, or 21 on both.
 
As far as your cycle I'm with test at 400 to 500 weekly. If you wanna get a little fancy I see nothing wrong with some var at 50 mg daily last 4 weeks. By then you will know what the test is doing to.you and var is pretty mild and nice for strength I have found.

Don't draw with an 18 gauge. Better chance of fucking up the rubber. 20-22 gauge will do just fine. I pin with a 23 gauge, but like others said use BD syringes and needles.

Draw and pin with the same 25g needle, too much work to swap out
 
I draw with a 20 I think. Pin with 25. Shelf life is long af. Store in cool dry place. Shelf life is years.

Research proper injection protocol. Do yourself a favor and invest in some BD syringes. Safe travels bubbo.

A lot of guys dont.
Delt is a favorite of mine, no PIP on 1ml.

If you're getting into cycles, it may be a good idea to experiment and have your injection sites lose their "virginity"

Especially if you decide to run something like Prop or Tren ace etc, in the future (maybe 3 or 4 cycles down the road)

You'll need the sites lol .

Some are easier too

I use 1 inch for quads 5/8 for delts (25g) just as a few examples.

Honestly, have fun with it brother!

Also, yeah.. a lot of guys on Meso have so much knowledge and experience, I learn so much new shit on the regular....

However, one more thing!

Meso isnt JUST about the gear, I've learned so much and gotten great training and nutrition advice as well!
Especially powerlifting, those guys are super welcoming and help out everyone!

Maybe time to pick up a new hobby as well?
 
Hey bro if I were you I would run 1000mg of Test E a week. Remember more test more gains. Look at the top bodybuilders they’re running over 4000-5000mgs of test a week and other compounds. Just trust me if you want a significant impact try 1000mg Test E week. You’ll be more than happy.

Greatly appreciate you man! I probably will experiment with some other sites and may even do so before my cycle with my normal regimine. Ill ask my endo about other available sites and see if I can get a demonstration.

Hahah oh man, as far as hobbies... I wish I had any that didn't involve some form of cardio. xD I have quite a few other than climbing and lifting - but they all ramp up the hr! Hiking/mountaineering... Snowboarding... Swimming.. paddleboarding.. basically all of the fun outdoors stuff, haha. Ill probably have to 'get lazy' during this cycle and avoid anything other than lifting to see the most gains!

But, definetly Ill need to take a look at some other aspects of this forum!

I think it is important to start lower. Here's why:

If you intend to make this a lifestyle you need to leave room.for growth. If your first cycle is 1000 mg test weekly, then what next? A gram of test and a gram of deca? Way too much, you dont have anywhere to go. I think, with a decent diet, it's pretty easy to gain 20 lbs your first cycle with 400 to 500 mg test weekly. Some will be water sure but you will make great gains. If you dont, probably not the gear and the diet needs to be looked at.

This whole thing is more of a marathon than a sprint. And we should try to do it with a minimum amount of gear and nutrition is more important anyway.

Let's be safe, let's be healthy. Ease in, experiment, learn, and grow.

If you enjoy the changes and lifestyle then there is plenty of time to try compounds and experiment with dosages.

If you're not a heavy lifter, dont go too crazy with it on cycle.
The term is "sustainable gains"

If you csnt sustain your physique you are building, then why bother.
Dont switch from your active daily lifestyle to a fucking Jay Cutler program lol...
Unless you can spend the time to sustain the bodybuilder type physique

My life is too busy to be feeling like pile of trash for 3 months at a time.

Less is more my friend, and feeling good while doing it is very Important.

Unless you compete on stage... then victory Is all that matters lol..... but I dont compete... so I dont have that mentality
 
You’re using an AI...when your TRT gets you to the test level that mine was at when I started TRT? Did your doctor attend Hollywood Upstairs Medical College?

Definetly couldn't agree more! Even without the experience of having done a cycle or two - I see the outright foolishness of attempting something like 1000 per week. My plan after talking with y'all is to start at 400 and titrate up to 500 as long as everything is going well and nothing comes come crazy out of check on bloodwork. Ill also add in anavar on the last 4 weeks, again dependant on mid cycle bloodwork.

My plan really is to change for the long term. Ive peaked in the climbing world, and am okay with backing off of it. I had my competition days, did very well, climbed some world famous routes... But honestly, getting big is one life long goal Ive never reached. Granted, much of that is due to a very active life style and not leaving enough caloric surplus due to that - but, even after stepping back on that, gains have been very tough to make. I'd say I always lift heavy (for me, anyway haha) and am currently working with a trainer on a program for size & strength. But, Im definetly in it for the long haul. I know I don't want to have unsustainable short term gains, or burn out my system, or jump in to this too rapidly and deal with a ton of side effects.

I'd definetly like to build up to that point, but I also don't see myself competing

Hahaha, oh man.. Ive often asked myself the same question. He has good reviews, and seems to know what he's talking about - but this was a confusion for me as well. Ill ask him the reasoning at my next apt!
