FIRST TIME ANAVAR

My husband had used anavar for three cycles. He has mentioned this to me more than once that it is a woman's steroid and that it would help. I am 5'6 and 150 lbs. I have a lot of excess skin due to loosing 85 lbs and having three children.

I was doing cross fit training with a personal trainer and am now doing gym 5 days a week. An hour of cardio 3 days a week and TRX 2 times a week.

We are also in ketosis. And plan on being there for a month to help cut. Today is my first day on anavar. 5 mg twice a day. I was on ephedrine stack but taking a break and using this.

I am wondering what everyone else has experienced while using anavar. I have been wanting surgery to remove all the skin but I would rather work it off and tighten without surgery. Hoping this helps me out with everything else that I am doing.

I will be starting T3 in my third week. To help cut.

Im sure some of the ladies will be along to help, but in the mean time I would read some of the female logs that are up. All of them are running anavar right now...
And welcome.

Good luck on your cycle... You should consider removing that picture though. You're openly admitting to illegal steroid use and putting your face (and child's face) right next to the details of your illegal activity.

I use more anavar then you would
I am a big fan of anavar.
it does mess with stomach
but its good. for strength ans helps with the fat burning as long as you excercise with weight and diet appropriate. do at least 20 min of cardio.

Well that's a good point. Thank you.

I have been doing arc cybex at 20 resistance for a half hour. Row for 500 m and then treadmill for another twenty min. I have bowflex at home and will try and use that for chest and arms. I squat and use medicine ball for that. I am hoping my regime will be good enough

I am starting with two 5's. And till up to two tens of need be. Just wanted to see how I would react to it.

Welcome!

First of, can you give us a little history on your diet and training? I saw you lost 85lbs, congrats!

I don't want to burst your bubble but excess skin may be something you will need removed with surgery. You must have lost the weight pretty quickly that it didn't bounce back to it's previous state. I guess I missed the pic, but if you could post up your current stats, that would help and if you can, the pic but cut out the face.

Var isn't meant for fat loss, but it can assist in it. As long as your diet and training are in check. You are at a good dose so I am glad your hubby didn't get you to take more.

Also, if you read the other threads as there are a few new ladies that joined and have their logs up, we have discussed many different scenarios. Var is mild but potent, you probably wont get too many sides if any. Make sure your diet is adjusted to work at it's maximum and avoid any unpleasant feelings. The most common side is slight increase in hair growth and reduced appetite. Another is the fact that your libido and 'love button' gets more sensitive. If you get stomach pains, that is usually fixed with adjusting your water intake and diet. Everyone is different and we all respond a little differently to things, so keep this going and we will be here to support and solve the problems or concerns, if you have any... or even if you need a little encouragement.

I have to take some better photos.

I started the loss two years ago when my daughter was born. Sitting at 150 lbs. last time I had checked I was at 23.8% bf.

Diet consists of high protein. Whey isolate - 90 g a day. This is including eggs, tuna, chicken. I have been getting in spinach and kale for salads. I have also been upping my water intake. I am trying to keep net carbs under 25 g a day.

The weight has come off fairly quickly but not too quick as I have not had any gains and all losses.

I was afraid that the skin would need to be surgically removed.

Thankful for our chat on nutrition and foods to be eating. Went to Popeyes during lunch and got a great protein, started increasing amounts. I knew I wasn't eating enough even before I was talking this. So glad to have some ideas for what to eat and keep my body working for me.

Very happy to have joined this forum.

So. I bought some plain Greek yogurt and oh man it's bitter. I tried to mix some protein powder in with it and it was better. Any other options carb less options particularly. Also bought some edemame or however you spell it. Only had them frozen so will try tomorrow. I'm excited :) never heard of them until today. But back to plain Greek yogurt. ... Yuck

I mix mine with fresh fruit*. Pineapple, honey dew, etc. Helps a little.

*I do the same with cottage cheese.
