FIRST TIME ANAVAR

If I do a 5 week cycle t3 and then come off. How long do I wait before doing another t3 cycle.

If you end up doing 5 weeks...then take the same amount of time off...that is typically the rule of thumb for any cycle, take the same amount of time off as you are on.

Ok perfect. I don't think I would want to run that too often though. Thanks so much. Back to work for me :)

Day 4- really enjoying my cycle. Libido has increased big time, energy has increased as well. My urge to go and see results is great and empowering. Really started back at gym three weeks ago and since then dropped 2 inches in waist, gained .5 in thigh which is great. looking forward to seeing the end result of this cycle. Adding in t3 on Thursday and excited about that as well. noticied my hair is more oily and my skin had a few blemishes which is different but this could be from working out period not necessarily due to the var. have noticed some pinching in my muscles almost like when you have a sinus infection but in my arms and legs. Not sure is that's the pumps my husband talks about or if it's too soon for that but they aren't pleasant.

You just really started getting back into training three weeks ago and you're using AAS? Am I reading this correctly?

Anavar is not a weight-loss pill. Having a consistent healthy diet, while being in a caloric deficit plus training will help you get to your goals much faster.

I have been on a journey for the last two years. Down 85 lbs. Corrected my diet, was doing cross fit for a while with a trainer. Was out due to some family issues and getting back into it. Not using it for weight loss at all actually. But to keep my muscle as have been on a very low calorie intake. When I lost the weight I lost a lot of muscle and have been building but don't want to lose what I have in order to lose the last bit.

That's a great loss of poundage!good for you, good that yer husband is supportive with the advice the GG is giving you,it's gonna help you immensely getting advice from the ladies with the exp.

Gotcha! Congrats on your major weight-loss. It isn't an easy feat and good for you for taking the necessary steps to lead a healthier life. Good luck on the rest of your journey.

Update: third week anavar. Feeling great my legs are getting super toned which is great. I have been taking t3 sitting at 25 mg a day. Soon to bump it up as per the recommendations from gg. Really liking this cycle and not feeling any sides. Have experienced a few pumps. But they aren't anything I can't handle. So far quite successful. Had to put the scale away as it was kind of upsetting. I know I'm gaining muscle and have lost a whack load of inches. Just retraining my thinking

You mean 25mcg (just incase some lurking may get the wrong idea as 25mg of T3 is an insane amount)

Glad everything is going well. The pumps shouldn't be considered as a bad thing... some get extra motivated when they feel it...

Yes, stay off the scale...focus on inches and how you look naked and in clothes....that's the most important.

So we are on week I forget haha. And I have gained 2 inches in my thighs and an inch in my calves of muscle! Wowzas I am so pleased with the results. My strength is unreal I am so impressed. I have now started my Saturday's with two hour workout. Trx and kettle bells bars and plates. I am so impressed with the results. I have cut a tonne of belly fat inches are just falling off. With that said I changed the Greek yogurt in the am to the skyr Icelandic yogurt. Less carbs more protein it's great! Pumps are there but I bought some taurine to help with this. I was looking and I'll be done my t3 cycle and my car cycle by end of May and kind of sad about it. Totally understand the importance of cycling off but very pleased with the results.

With all this said. I had an issue with hair growth upper lip and zero sex drive not to mention an almost depressed mood prior to taking var. since starting that hair growth has decreased a lot and my sex drive is back as well as an elevated mood. My husband is so happy to have the old me back. To say that var hasn't helped my relationship and my self confidence would be an understatement. Once done the cycle I will be going to dr to find out about my hormone balances as I think something clearly was off prior to taking var.

T3 I am running at 50 right now and I can see the difference in my size I have shed a lot of unwanted lbs and feel as though with my routine surgery to remove all that unwanted skin may be minimal if I keep it up.

I have been taking a lifting course I am not confident in my knowledge in that area and from the first time to the last I had to double the weights up because they weren't heavy enough. The kettle bell bars and plates class is all deadlifts, squats lunges with the bars curls there's an aerobic potion for cardio it's rly a great class that the y offers. Clearly there's an increase. Same goes for the arc trainer I was on the same level I have been then it just wasn't enough so I upped the level and time for cardio. I do rowing 1000 metre intervals and my timing was so much better this time around than previous it felt so smooth and easy I was shocked. Lastnight was a true omg moment when everything I was doing Friday was so much easier. My rest days are Friday and Sunday. Not to mention the trx class was great, I could actually walk on Sunday which was pleasant.

So what is your lifting plan? Do you do compound lifts? How are you measuring your strength progress?

So you're cycling but don't have knowledge in training?

Pardon my directness, but why are you cycling performance enhancing drugs as a beginner to lifting weights?

You can do this without drugs :)

Training and hard work yields results. As a natural lifter, I got to 225lb squat, 250 deadlift and I lost 115lbs in the process. It's wonderful to test your natural limits. I probably had even more gains in me without a cycle, but I felt ready after about 3 years of consistent work.

This cycle will not get you a bikini body in 8 weeks. Please have realistic expectations. Good luck!

Not looking for bikini body. Looking to keep my lean muscle while on vlc intake. I had lost a lot of weight 85 lbs actually and with that a lot of lean muscle. Been gaining it back and wanted to keep it. Which is why I am running var. gg and I have had great conversations in regards to this. She's been a great help. My goal isn't to compete or have a body that would ever be in competition but I wanted to regain my lean muscle while cutting. This has been working very well.

They starved a bunch of military guys and had them march all day long and they lost very little muscle.

As long as you continue to resistance train with the same intensity, yet lower volume and keep protein high, you will retain muscle mass as you cut, even for extended periods. I can clarify intensity vs volume if you need me to.
