Cottage cheese I add pepper and eat on ice burg lettuce. But the fruit has too many carbs. Right now we are trying to stay in ketosis. Under 25 g a day. Fruit can come later but for now. I can't put that in thereI mix mine with fresh fruit*. Pineapple, honey dew, etc. Helps a little.
*I do the same with cottage cheese.
