FIRST TIME ANAVAR

I mix mine with fresh fruit*. Pineapple, honey dew, etc. Helps a little.

*I do the same with cottage cheese.
Cottage cheese I add pepper and eat on ice burg lettuce. But the fruit has too many carbs. Right now we are trying to stay in ketosis. Under 25 g a day. Fruit can come later but for now. I can't put that in there :(

Oh yeah. I forget that people are actually on diets. My bad. (Seriously, I eat 6.5k a day. Thats literally everything)

its only for a month. And then I reintroduce slowly. I aim at loosing 10-15 and then maintain by just eating well. Smaller portions etc not a diet. But just conscious eating. We just started this again to shed some winter lbs. I have about 30 more to lose. I have been trying to increase my intake and slowly doing so. Being on var I definitely have to increase intake. And have received some great advice thus far
 
So. I bought some plain Greek yogurt and oh man it's bitter. I tried to mix some protein powder in with it and it was better. Any other options carb less options particularly. Also bought some edemame or however you spell it. Only had them frozen so will try tomorrow. I'm excited :) never heard of them until today. But back to plain Greek yogurt. ... Yuck

I love mixing Greek yogurt with some peanut butter and granola.

Take baby steps and make those adjustments...just like we talked about it earlier. ..try adding some Splenda/stevia to the Greek yogurt and cinnamon with pure pumpkin puree... absolutely heavenly!

Thank you. I think that would work well. Cinnamon is good for you as well.
 
First trx class this am since starting and felt great. Kettle ball class tomorrow. Not feeling any real changes except somewhat elevated heart rate. Took glutamine to help recover. I know it takes time. Just logging daily activity.
 
Doing some more research on var t3 and ephedrine. I don't wanna use clen. Saw some posts in other threads but am curious as to how much t3 to take. Thanks.

T3, I think I posted about that somewhere in one of the ladies' threads. start low and taper up then down. I usually do a 6 week run... 20mcg for 5 days, 40mcg for 5 days....60mcg for 5 days...so on... once you reach 100mcg for 5 days, then taper back down...80mcg, 60mcg, 40mcg, 20mcg...
 
if you incorporate ephedrine, the good old ECA stack works very well... 24-25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, 81mg aspirin - take it daily in the mornings

Also my husband put on my sheet 12.5 t3 to start. For 5 days. Then 25 for 5 days. Then 50 for 5 weeks. Then taper down again. I'm doing a 12 week run of var is that too long?
 
And is that baby aspirin or normal.

Being your first run and you are playing with your own thyroid hormone, I would definitely not run it that long. I do quick 6-7 weeks bursts and each time bring my natural T3 back to normal. This way I don't rebound from it or do any real damage that I can't naturally recover from.

You can start at 12.5 if you want. that's about what your natural level is. You can try his set up but I highly DO NOT recommend going that long.

If he asks why... just simply say that being your first run.... you are 'testing' the waters and have a few ladies helping you though it all too... and from female experience and perspective :) ;) We got your back! And I want you to succeed and not cause damage or give yourself bad experiences.

Oh he is totally understanding. He's glad that I have a woman perspective. He has taken it but he's a guy so it's different for sure. I wasn't supposed to start the t3 till next week but I would like to start this Thursday. I will have been on var for 1 week.
