Wondering if someone can answer a few questions to help me out
Im 6,5 230lb have done a few cycles in the past 4 years just to maintain my weight and I want bulk this coming winter it I’m afraid of getting back to my old body( belly fat) so my questions are:
1 Do I have to be on gear to bulk or just when is cutting time?
2 Can I bulk eating clean low carb or do I have to eat a shit load of carb?
3 how much cardio should I do while bulking
