No problem @KBTGBLK... If you go about this all correctly, you may not have to incorporate this as a way of life. Steroid usage can definitely screw you up for life if not done correctly...of course everyone is different. Keep reading...those "stickies" have a ton of valuable details where I've learned a lot. Just have to be patient with the BS that happens in a lot of threads. There can be some diamonds in those hills though.

KBTGBLK, I think you need to go back to the lab on this cycle and plan out your injection schedule, including how your compounds are dosed. Post that up with your goals: bulking or cutting. Give us some idea of your intended diet: how many cals a day, how much protein at least, maybe all your macros. You'll get more detailed feedback then.
Buy a copy of William Llewellyn's book Anabolics. His sample cycles all use nolva, which you have.
Lastly, how old are you? Do you have insurance to see a doc if this goes wrong? Do you want to have kids in the future?
Do you live in a state where you can get bloodwork without a doctor's order?
We were all learning like you at some point. The best advice I could've gotten at your stage would've been to put the cycle on hold until you know exactly what you're doing. Avoid the worst case scenario of walking around a month from now with a limp dick, lactating nipples, and zero gainz.

well the diet has been worked out i was thinking anywhere between 3000-4000 calories, with less than 75-85 grams of carbs involved... i weigh 150lbs right now with a intake of about 100 grams of protein a day... my testE is 250mg and my decaD is 200mg... my Dbol is the 50mg capsules... I am 30 years old and 5'8"... I am trying to bulk and cut at the same time... here is a pic of my cycle

At 150lbs, you obviously haven't even begun to learn how to manipulate your body mass and composition. You really need to get up to at least 165lbs and research much more before you resort to AAS.

When you're ready (and right now, you're not), start with testE 1ml E3.5D (2x/week) and save the Deca and Dbol. That will give you 500mg/w for 15 weeks. If you do take the Deca (dumb), add 2/3ml with the test (E3.5D, 2x/week) for 266mg/w for the 15 weeks. Don't take Dbol.
