First tren run

This will be my third cycle overall, first 2 were test only. I added tren to this cycle bc I'm not into Orals bc I have hep c and don't want to stress my liver anymore than I have to. Not that I wouldn't ever run a oral, just not at this time.

After my second cycle I decided to self trt since I'm not getting any younger and can't have kids.
I will be running test e at a trt dose of 200mg a week, split into 2 100mg shots Monday and Friday. And 350mg tren a, split into 100mg shot EOD. Using adex .5 every Monday and Friday, that seems to be the sweat spot for me at that low dose.

My training will be fst-7. I looked up @brutus79 log from last year and I'm pretty much following what him and Johnnyballs did. The only thing I might do different is every 2-3 week, using a 5x5 on the compound movements to incorporate heavier weights.

My first day was actually yesterday, chest day, and I'm sore as shit today. I'll post the workout later but I have never did paused reps on the bench bf but it made me feel like a bitch bc I had to drop a lot of weight to make it thru 3x12.

I'm only doing 3x12 for now until I get used to the volume. I'm also currently on a cut which I will continue thru this blast. After my first 2 cycles I got up to 250 from 205. I'm currently 235 and looking to still trim some fat before I try a bulk this winter. I'll post some before pics later tonight or this weekend.
 
I've changed my mind on cutting. I've been in a calorie deficient for about 3 months and it sucks. I probably could have lost more than 15 pounds but I like to eat. So I'm changing this cycles diet to a minor surplus. Last time I bulked my diet was, see food- eat food lol. I'm going to try n eat better this time and track my calories thru out. Last time I stopped a couple weeks in and just started eating everything.

First leg day was a killer. My chest is still sore from Monday and now my legs joined the club. I'm enjoying the workouts tho, definitely demanding.

Second time pinning tren a also today. Haven't really felt anything but a placebo effect bc I know I'm pinning something. Placebo effect is a very powerful thing lol.
 
Woke up today and took a piss and it's starting to smell funny and looking a little darker than usual. Suppose it's the tren, heard it does that. Diet went to shit yesterday, my sister is up from Georgia and she brought me my favorite cookies from the bakery. I couldn't resist, I smashed half dozen of them and then woke up in the middle of the night and ate some ice cream.

My breathing is also changing a little, I got out of breath a little this morning during my workout when I normally don't. Did back/biceps today and it was hard to make it thru since I'm still sore from Monday's chest/tricep day. Will probably take tomorrow off and resume workouts Saturday.
 
3rd pin done and starting day 5 of my cycle. My breathing has definitely changed a little. It's not bad but I can tell it's not 100%. Other than that and my piss smelling & dark, I don't really have any other sides.

Even tho I was suppose to take today off from the gym, I went this morning and did cardio and some ab work. Nothing major, I'm still sore all over from my previous workouts.

My diet has been absolutely garbage. I blame myself bc I'm the one eating it, but it's hard when you visit family and they have all the food you loved eating growing up. I was at my moms and she made these things called whoopie pies. It's like a little round 2 layered cake with cream in between. Fucking amazing smh lol
 
Went to the gym with my wife today, had a pretty good workout. Showed her some exercises to work her arms and back. Diet is getting back on track, it was pretty bad for a couple days.

So glad I get an extended weekend!!! Happy 4th all!!!!
 
Just finished the 6th and final workout of my new workout plan and gotta say I like it. It's a lot of volume and I'm not used to lifting for reps of 12 but I'm getting used to it. I will put pics up later today so I can get before and after pics.

So far the side are not really that bad on tren a. My breathing is definetly affected but nothing terrible, and I get a little more irritated faster but I keep reminding myself why I am. Other than that, nothing. I can still eat, fuck, and do everything else lol.

I set some goals for myself to reach by the end of the year. These will be all 3x5. Bench 335, deadlift 550, squat 450. The only one that will be hard to reach is squat bc only one of the gyms I go to has a rack to do squats, and it's the gym by my job which I only use when working.
 
After reading what some people have posted the last couple days, I'm up in the air with posting new pics. I have identifying tattoos and anyone that's ever been in trouble knows, when your arrested, they take pics of all of them. I recently applied to go back to school, but I had to do a background check bc I have felonys. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting on that. So for now I'm just posting on my progress.

2nd week in and everything is still good, kinda. Definetly could tell I'm on tren bc I was at work yesterday and got mad very quickly and filled with a rage almost. Im a supervisor and had asked an employee to do something and he responded that he wasn't doing it bc his shift hadn't started yet, he still had 2 min. I went off, called him a lazy fuck, and a couple more choice words. It was a guy I know which was good, bc anybody else and I might had been in trouble. I just didn't expect to get that mad, that fast, over something that small. Really gotta watch myself.
 
2nd week drawing to a close and I can definetly tell a difference. Strength is up, I look bigger. And I don't really have any negative sides besides getting pissed off a little bit quicker and my breathing is just a little labored. But I'm managing that ok now. I can still eat, sleep, and fuck like a champ lol. And not always in that order
 
Start of my 3rd week and had a ok workout bc of lack of time and to many people at the gym. Still got it in tho, strength is still going up nicely and i look a lot fuller with veins popping out lol. I'm really liking this tren cycle. I feel like a beast in the gym.
 
Weighed myself this morning, Im at 243. Which doesn't surprise me bc my diet has been shit. I've been slacking on counting calories and just eating whatever i want. Watching what I eat is the hardest thing for me to do. Going to the gym is easy, working out is fun, evening waking up at 3am to get ready to go to the gym on days I work isn't that bad. But fucking not eating what ever I want is hard.
 
Had to check myself today. Started getting pissed about stupid shit. So ready for this weekend to get here.
My diet has been better the last week, strength is still going up. I love going to the gym and pushing myself.

Are you getting any lethargy? That, above ALL other things, I cannot stand. I hate being tired. The MK677 I'm running is enough of a beast in that department.

Not really. The only sides I have had so far is a little more aggression, and my breathing is a bit more labored. I'm actually loving the cycle so far, I can tell a change in my body after only about 3 weeks and the weights feel lighter in the gym.

Only thing that sucked was all the high school kids that showed up. It was like they were multiplying. Kids today have no manners either. It was my day off work so I went around noon, probably won't go again at that time.
Got my blood pressure checked today and I'm good to go there.

Ive been on an eq qnd test cycle for awhile now and I've been real upbeat. I just added tren, and as usual, it gets me short, too. Good job at keeping your emotions in check. Tren is the only compound that noticeably changes my mood under stress. I find I have to bite my tongue a lot.
