First tren run

If your diet isnt god awful you should recomp pretty well. It isn't impossible but I'd say with a decent diet it's a good bit harder to gain fat on a nice dose of tren. Also it turns me into a sexual deviant. Your wife is gonna love you
I've cleaned my diet up. The first week it was horrible. I can definetly tell I'm getting bigger and stronger. Shit I almost forgot also, I had to go buy a pair of khakis for the wedding, I fit my ass into a pair of 32 in waist pants. I haven't done that in years, and I weighted in 247 this morning. Fucking crazy

It's really nothing to be afraid of. If you try it and the sides are too much just drop it. Worst case scenario you use tren e and it takes a few weeks but I'd say most guys can handle tren once they find the dosing threshold where the sides aren't noticeable or are manageable.

I have to agree with @Dw725 . Start off with a low dose and see how you tolerate it. The sides are not that bad for me, but that doesn't mean they won't be for you. I will definetly be running tren again in the future, I thought my first cycle was awesome. This one definetly tops it so far.
 
Wedding was good. Gotta say I was the best dressed there lol. Food was awesome. Definetly had my fill and didn't really drink. Had 1 shot and 1 beer. I let the wife get drunk and took advantage of it. Had the best sex we have had in along time. Idk if it was the combination of tren in me and alcohol in her, but she let me do stuff to her I've never done. And we have been together for 10 years. Great night!!
 
Was deadlifting this morning in my new shoes and I could tell a world of difference. The soles are almost flat compared to my running shoes I was using. My legs must still be sore tho from the weekend bc when I was lifting 475, my legs were shaking so bad. I locked it out tho. My damn tren suspension should be here today, I was hoping for the weekend. over all still going strong.

Thanks lol, I got the adidas powerlift 3.0. I was trying to find the 2.0 version bc they were on sale but I couldn't find my size. They just came out with the 3. And I got the suspension off a lab on Reddit, altered genetics I think it's called. Only place domestic I found. But fuck it took over 8 days to get to me.

I don't man. I was going to take some, but after reading some post about keeping yourself safe, I decided against uploading any more pics. I'm glad I tried it, the sides for me are definetly not that bad.

I got to try my tren suspension out today. Wow! Definetly more energy than TNE, I only started at 50mg and that was a ride. I felt like doing jumping jacks in between sets. I waited an hour before working out but won't do that again. It kicks in fast and since I waited, it was wearing off during my workout. The pip wasn't bad, it hurt for about a min then slowly faded away.
 
Completely understand. I can only imagine what suspension based feels like, you taking it to get a little extra out of your workout or in conjunction with the longer ester tren?

Just taking it Pre workout. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. After the first couple mins the pain goes away, at least for me it did. Definetly gave me an edge in the gym.
 
Took 75mg this morning of tren suspension. Didn't really notice a difference from 50 so I'll probably stay at that. Had an ok workout, was tired. Might take a couple days off to recharge even tho I'm in the middle of a cycle. Or just deload bc I haven't in awhile. And I'm running about u/FutureBber tren suspension. Still for domestic shit took 8 days to get to me lol. Way to long lol.
 
Gotta update on the tren suspension. The first pin wasn't that bad. But the last 2 were pretty rough. Since its water based, it flows very easily so you gotta push slow or it hurts like hell. The first one I heated up, the second one I didn't. The 3rd I did and it wasn't as bad as the second pin. Definetly heat this shit up and push slow as fuck lol. Other than that I still like the shit, just learning how to use it is all.
 
Had a great workout this morning. I woke up and told myself to get motivated and get going and I did. Did 3x5 at 305 on bench. Pretty happy with that, but now my chest is cramping up at work. When I was working out the other day, this older guy was on the bench when I got there. He was probably 5-9 maybe 225 and fat. Definetly didn't look like he lifted. But to my amazement, he repped 415 on the bench. I couldn't believe it. Never judge a book by its cover.
 
As I'm working out right now, it's becoming very clear to me where my weak points are. Biceps and lats/back. I can bench over 300 but I struggle to get 3x12 on pull ups lol. My arms have nice size too but that's due to my triceps. I think I'm going to have to start focusing more on those areas and less of my strong points.

3x12 on pull ups is really not bad at all. You may wanna add weight to em.

I'll try that. The last set of 12 is usually pretty hard for me to finish and I probably swing a little bit on them. I just see some people go over and can knock out pull-ups/ chin-ups and I struggle with them. I just want to be able to lift my own body weight with ease.
