so its about that time. i signed up for my first physique show at the end of august. ive been on for about 4 months n gotten some good gains and minimal sides. im 6-3 227 9-10%. ill lay out what im currently running and what i have in the back up arsenal. im staying away from masteron/tren. im just not ready for those yet. any other compound/diet/training advice is appreciated. ill post my diet too once i begin cutting next week. currently im running

600mg Test E
750mg EQ
400mg NPP
75mg Tbol ED
12.5 aromasin EOD

just added the NPP and Tbol. Tbol got me feeling lethargic at times. i dont bloat much if any from Test E, but ill prob run out about 2 weeks before my show in which ill switch to prop anyway. i have anavar and letrozole in the arsenal. i def plan on running anavar high for the last 2 weeks of prep and maybe dropping the tbol dosage or altogether.

workouts have been 45m-60m. roughly 20-30 sets per body part. hitting the compound lifts heavy and focusing on pump for the other lifts. my abs def need work. i never do abs, so i need a good ab routine to shred em up. just bought an elliptical so cardio will begin friday and be done 5x wk @ 30m low intensity first thing in the am before breakfast.
 
Good luck man, necer heard about being lethargic on tbol before, that shit turns me into a beast.
 
thanks all. im pretty nervous honestly but excited too. a buddy of mine is gonna help me w the posing. i hit back today. was feeling pretty drained had an interview this morning early (just recently got my MBA) and it went well - the hiring manager was a 45 year old fox, would make for a good fantasy if bored at the office. for anyone that saw my post about window tints in the 'what pisses me off' thread, i got the doctors notice for approval of tint! time to strip them off and get presidential 5% in this bitch!! my workout was

smith machine underhand row: 160x10,10,10
high pull: 230x10,10,8
cable wide grip underhand row: 110x15,15,15
lat pulldown: 180x10,10,10
hammer row: 180x12,12,12
db standing row (parallel to ground) 35'sx10,10,10

with a dropset after the last set of everything. cardio begins saturday morning. not looking forward to that but the elliptical i bought is pretty boss. life fitness brand no weak shit. may have to upgrade the speaker system so i can zone out and blast my ace hood and kevin gates off the walls. tomorrow is a test/eq pin and abs/biceps. any ab routines would be appreciated
 
today was normally a rest day so i did abs and biceps instead. workout took about 35min. saw a physique womens pro at my gym, damn she was so hot and ripped lol. fake tits and all.

cable crunch: 4x20

weighted leg raises: 30lbs 4x6
cable curls: 4x12

decline med ball twist: 10lbs 4x20
kettlebell curls (inner grip): 4x12

ab crunch machine: 4x20
preacher curl machine: 4x15

12oz steak and 6 eggs for dinner..only grainy carbs were the 40g of oatmeal this morning so im pretty beat. found some TNE in my stash, can prob utilize that closer to contest day. also looking into getting a diuretic, any opinions on best one? safety first, results second. hahaha side note, on my way pulling into the gym this woman was driving in the middle of the road and made a turn in my direction n gave me a nasty look as if i was speeding at her (inside the shopping complex)..i stopped and rolled my window down just to hear her out.. bitch immediately cut eye contact and sped off in the opposite direction lol middle aged entitled slutcunt. like if u give me that look at least say something! i wasnt even gonna be mean to her just come across with it booboo. thats all for today. peace brothers.
 
did shoulders on friday and tri's early morning today. shoulders was with a female co worker so it was more of a random workout. db press 110'sx8,6,6 then about 10 sets of various lat raises and 10 sets of reverse flies/rear delt work. starting to lean down a bit..hoping i can continue to add muscle but im not sure if thats possible depending on my calorie intake. ill post my complete diet on monday and will update weekly as i cut. for tri's i hit

close grip bench: 225x15,15,15 (slow controlled, full ext)
tri pressdown: 3x20
db neutral close grip incline: 65sx15,15,15
underhand grip tri pressdown: 3x20
db tri kickback: 25sx15,15,15
dip machine: 3x15

got a good pump. tonight its cardio and tomorrow its biceps with an old timer juice buddy of mine. tinder chick tonight says she wants to chill and watch the fight. maybe we can have a dick and pussy fight before during and after the UFC fight.

then cooled out and did 30min of incline walking 10 incline 3.0mph after a client at 7pm..abs are coming in

got some winny tabs, liquid winny, mast prop, dyazide and more albuterol on the way. i said i didnt want the mast BUTTFUCK it, changed my mine. will throw the winny in there the last 2 weeks also. planning to come in hard and veiny ;) the NPP is doing my joints nice, no elbow pain on bi's today. will be dropping the test cyp soon for prop..i'll be needing some drug recommendations and cycle mod as i get sooner to showtime so please overwhelm me with knowledge and theories. i am the MESO human science project. i will do what it takes to win. #iWin. diet coming tomorrow, peace brothers
 
am cardio today..elliptical for 25min at 7AM before work. then hit legs after work...squat 315x15,365x8,405x4..about 5 sets of leg press and 10 sets of calves..luckily i have really thick legs and big calves naturally so that will help when i lean down, wont come in with small calves..ok heres my diet. will make modifications as necessary in cutting calories

7:00AM - 25-30m elliptical
7:30AM - 2 oatmeal packs (40g carbs), 1 banana, 2 scoops isopure whey (50g protein)
10:30AM - 10oz pork
12:00PM - protein pudding (30g protein)
1:30PM - 10oz pork, 1 bag asparagus
4:30PM - 12oz chicken, 1 bag spinach
5:30 - workout
7:00 - 8oz diced pineapples, 1 scoop vitargo, 2 scoops isopure whey (35g carb, 50g protein)
8:30 - 8oz salmon, 1 sweet potato, 1 bag broccoli
10:45 - 1.5 scoops casein, 5 pretzel sticks, 5cal spirulina green shake (36g protein)

next week ill prob drop the protein pudding and then start cutting the carbs and protein slightly as showtime gets close. ill post some pics next week too. i also popped 20mg anavar preworkout today for legs and i think thats what helped me rock that squat rack. it was the var from titan a while back, which i think mass spec'd to about 6.5mg per pill. correct me if im wrong @lightspan..gonna continue the 75mg tbol split into 2 doses (50AM, 25PM), with 20mg var preworkout.

thinking of dropping my test to 400mg/wk and upping NPP to 600mg. currently im running the opposite (600mg test, 400mg NPP). more AM cardio tomorrow then a bullshit work meeting ill be drinking coffee just to seem awake and interested through.
 
did back today..2 a days are kicking my ass and energy was low. did a buncha random shit so cant really type the stats out..i did hit 105x10 for 3 sets on DB Pullover and 105x10 on single arm rows..stepped on the scale and was 231.5 today..fuck lol but my body fat is lowering..must be the tbol/npp that gave me that weight gain. tomorrow is gonna be a treadmill/ab day with minimal carbs (maybe just an oatmeal in the AM and some vegetables) anyone got any good ab routines i can bang thru? i have more albuterol on the way, plan on starting that 3 weeks out until the contest and running mast/winstrol the final two weeks. when should i drop the pharma cyp for prop? and should i keep NPP? not sure if that retains water as much as deca does
 
did cardio yesterday..40min 10 incline 3.2 mph. got a great sweat. then abs/obliques

leg raises (obliques)
oblique plate stack w 5 10lb plates

shoulders today. 9 sets of barbell shoulder press, 9 sets of reverse flies and a buncha lat raises and front raises. feeling good.. winny is in tablet and liquid form. gonna need help with the dosage when i start to run it. next wk ill be dropping pineapples and protein pudding from my diet. lets get it! btw this preworkout var is awesome..20mg preworkout and the pumps are insane. the 75mg of tbol keep me full througout the day but im not liking it as much as var. it does have my libido thru the roof..watch ya hoes keep her on a leash when flexx is around
 
tris today and cardio at about 9PM while watching were the millers..great movie..did 4 sets close grip bench, 6 sets decline ez bar tri ext, 4 sets tri pushdown, 3 sets cable kickback and another 3 sets tri underhand pulldown. those decline ez bar tri ext lit my fucken arms up wow..i remember reading that in maybe the training section of this forum that someone really liked those and thank you for posting that, def a new favorite. meals today were

2 oatmeal packs, banana 50g protein shake - breakfast
50g protein, 35g vitargo, 1 box diced pineapples - post workout
10oz pork, 2 oatmeal packs
8 oz salmon, big bag broccoli
14 oz steak

gonna finish off with my five small pretzel sticks and 36g casein shake. im starting to get hungry just looking at regular foods and commercials. next mission is to find a nice choc chip pancake recipe i can eat before a morning workout.. will post some pics early next wk. need to practice my posing and find some shorts as well..cycle switch up in about a week, and then again at the two week mark. stay tuned and help a brotha out. thx fam

Incline db curls are the shit. You get a good stretch and don't have to use a lot of weight.
