Flexx's First Physique Show

When are you eyeing your next show? The tren should thickening you up if you train heavy enough and get enough cals in. You should be able to gain some mass and not gain much in BF.

right now I'm getting a lot of cals and not getting fat..I'll post my diet when I get to the desk today..but I'm straight offseason now my show is 2nd wk in June big regional show here..then I'll aim for a second one in August n maybe a third in November depending on how the cutting n calorie restrictions effect me..goal offseason weight is 240-245..those numbers are personal not from my coach
 
heres my diet..i stick to it about 95% of the time..mite sneak a random bite of sushi or whatever someone around me is eating and i dont really PLAN cheat meals, they just happen once every few weeks...

breakfast - pancakes
1.5 cups egg beater, 1 scoop whey (25g), 1 cup oatmeal (54g), 1 banana, 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, fake butter, fake syrup, 32oz water

post workout meal
8 oz chicken, 12 oz red or white potatoes, 2-2.5 cups mixed vegetables

meal 1
9 oz chicken, 1 oz almonds, 1 cup broccoli

meal 2
9 oz chicken, 1 oz almonds, 1 cup broccoli

meal 3
8-10oz steak, 1 cup asparagus

meal 4
8oz salmon, 1 cup broccoli

before bed
small pinch of honey roasted peanuts (so fucken good)

intraworkout is 60g carbs, 2 scoops of intra-md. sometimes ill eat a red velvet cake pop tart too towards teh end of my workout if i want sugar

bout 9ish days in on 50mg dbol ED pre workout..pumps are very nice and strength is going up. slammed 275x10,9,8 no spot and then 315x4 on bench yesterday. hit 225x15,14,13 on underhand BB row today. will be weighing myself on sunday. was 217.5 last sunday. prep coach wants me at a pound a week roughly. getting some bloods done in around 2 weeks before i start tren and peptides to check my shit. hopefully the dbol isnt taxing my liver too hard, fuck orals are fun. quick and easy. my sust pins (2x250mg/wk) got a lil pinch to em. wont be hitting quads anymore with them even on leg day lol. 250mg test e on wednesday is always smooth and my 2 300mg eq pins are easy too..curious to see what cjc no dac and ipamorelin will add to my current physique whether it be increased size or fat loss. will get some pix or a video up soon
 
from practice this past weekend. weighed in at 216. havent gained any weight on the dbol but my body is recomping nicely. lean n hard. got bloods done yesterday at a TRT clinic. gonna throw the tren e in next wk and peptides shortly. saw a bodybuilders stack on his iphone when we were chatting..sheeshh..mega doses hes 5 weeks out about 6-2 245 another 6 or 7 lbs to lose big mother fucker. increasing calories by about 300. puts me at about 4100 cal per day roughly.

did my first shot of cjc no dac and ipamorelin tonight..prepped pins for the next 3 days took me like 20 minutes. damn that shit is fucken annoying. fuck peps i want some GH! its a work in progress lol..i got 10 pins sittin in the frig right now. i know peps are pretty delicate, is there any precautions i need to take when drawing liquid or reconstituting? i noticed that sometimes when i removed the slin pin after drawing, some liquid would shoot out, this is annoying cuz now i have uneven amounts of cjc no dac and ipamorelin :/ weird..pinning 3x a day - pre workout, post workout and before bed. tren starts tomorrow, bloodwork back tomorrow too will post for analysis.
 
update: currently sitting at 229lbs. up 13 from my stage weight and still pretty lean. eating everything in sight. added more calories to my post workout meal, been having 4k calorie cheat meals once per week and slamming almond butter between meals. had a little gyno scare when i bumped the dbol up to 100mg. nipps got tender and puffy but not itchy. noticed when my buddy beandipped me and i almost threw him through the wall lol then when my girl was on top of me and pressing against my chest she slid her hand over my pec and OUCH, shit was fucken painful but i couldnt let her know, not when she was working like she was.. i ran letro at 1.25mg for 2 days then 2.5 for 3 days then tapered back off and added aromasin 25mg on my last day w/ nolva 20mg ED during that stretch. everything feels fine now. very very small lump under each nip one of which i noticed before the other i havent but neither hurt and feel fine. hopefully that terminated the gyno that was coming. i was running 600mg sust and 250mg test e. now im in my 4th week of tren e at 300ishmg/wk and couldnt sleep the past two nights. thinking of bumping sust down to 125mg M W F and tren to 400, then add tren ace as needed. is 375mg sust too much test on tren? i also wanna get some caber, ive read that helps with sleep. any experience combatting trensomnia? apidra slin will get added soon w my current peptide stack. really wanting to throw some GH in there but in the dilemma of going pharm at 2iu or generic at 5iu. any input would be appreciated. thx
