Fluid buildup in arm/bicep after shot

New to this whole pinning thing, this is just my second cycle .
Long story short I do EOD test and deca shots, mixed together in one shot ,volume is 0.5ml per shot .
Everything was fine for the first 2 weeks small amount of swelling in the delt but no pain.
Last shot was right delt everything went smoothly no pain no bleeding nothing... next day I noticed my bicep in the lower part toward the forearm seemed "fat" .
To get an idea of the size of the fluid buildup imagine when I flex my arm at 90* between my bicep and my forearm there is a half and inch gap now that gap was full and the peak of my bicep extended to my forearm...
There is no pain or redness and today (so two days after) the swelling has moved over to the inside of the bicep (towards the body) and it seems there is fluid under the rest of the skin of the bicep... before i could only pinch paper thin skin now it seems like there is fat(fluid) under...
What the hell could this be? is it an infection and this is how it starts with no pain but fluid build(doesn't make any sense to me) or is blood building up from a burts blood vessel?

Went to the ER last night and they amputated my arm from the shoulder down:(
Actually 90% of the fluid is gone after 3 days , it got a little red on the end of the second day but that is it...
I have not heard or read about something similar happening to anyone from a shoulder shot you always hear stories about quad shots...

Yeah it's weird...I would have taken pics but it was really hard to notice if you did not know how it looked like before..it just looked like I had a bigger bicep and lower insertion...like those guys that inject olive oil in their arms :D
the delt never got swollen or anything... I am worried of pinning my delts now... tried lats before might go back to that instead...idk

Yeah happened to me some times just the oil leaked down to bicep, not big job but annoying
It seemed like a lot more than half a mil of oil to me.. more like 10ml...
I've also done test Sub-q in the glute and know how it feels.
is a subq leak somehow different that a straight subq shot? does the leak cause some additional inflammation and fluid secretion by the tissue?
