i like the constant tension with cable crossovers flys to hit my pecs hard.
Incline flys are a staple for me on chest day. I get a great pump from holding for about a 2 sec contraction and realease.
For me i also find it helpful to arch my back for widest range of motion.
It also gives my delts a nice pump!
