Focussing on muscle groups

So I almost acomplished my perfect body, my back and chest are the size I want them to be. I only want to gain strenght, maybe some defenition but mass wise its fine. Maybe even a little bit too much. The only muscle groups I want to add size on are legs (should be easy) and arms, which are a pain. My arms measure a little over 17 inch and I want to get them up to 18 inch. They havent growed much in the last 1-2 months.

currently in week 6 of

1-12 500-600mg test e/week
4-9 50mg proviron/day
10-14 40mg winstrol/day

stats

6''4
235lbs
9.5% bf

Ill start a 6 week cut in about 2 weeks, maintaining my mass and dropping to +-7% bf. Now I did like to add some size on my arms in these 2 weeks and im wondering what the best thing to do is as I havent really gained any size on my arms in the past 2 months.

Right now im doing:

day 1 chest + shoulders
day 2 Back + traps
day 3 Legs
day 4: arms
day 5 chest + shoulders

taking one day off every week.

Now im thinking of switching it up, maintaining chest/back mass and focussing on legs and arms

Day 1 Chest + Back + Traps
Day 2 Legs
Day 3 Arms
Day 4 Rest

What are your thoughts
 
I like something like what you are doing now:

day 1 chest + shoulders (works tri's)
day 2 Back + traps (works bi's)
day 3 Legs
day 4: arms (Hit tri's and Bi's again)
day 5 Rest

repeat
 
Yeah ive been doing that for about a month now without much results. Was really hoping on adding another .5 inch before I start cutting. As im 6''4 17'' arms are not that big.
 
Call me old fashioned but if you want those arms to grow, you might be better off training:
Legs
Chest/Tri's
off/cardio
Back/Bi's
Shoulders
off/cardio
off/cardio
I know its nice to have an arm day, but I have grown much larger when incorporating my small muscle groups with the larger. I know you said your prepping for a cut, otherwise I would scrutinize working chest/back/traps, im assuming you will be lifting more for cardio at that point (high reps/low weight). I would think your going to lose size jumping off a cycle right into a cut. You may look larger and more defined, but on that tape, your inches may drop.
By no means do I think I know what the best way is, just my $0.02, keep training and growing!
 
Hit heavy barbell curls like 4 sets of 6ish and then do like a concentration curl 7 sets of around 10. Just go back and forth and work the pump.

The easiest way to add overall arm size if working your triceps though.

Im switching from bulk to cut while on cycle, so I shouldnt lose any size right? Ill stop cutting and go clean bulk when I get off cycle.

Ya, I would think you wont lose much size on 600mg/week test, is your cycle that you originally posted test/proviron/win what your running for a cut?
 
yeah im in week 7 now, so the last 6 weeks of my cycle ill cut. I did 600mg the first 6 weeks, now dropping down to 500mg/week.
 
Right on, I misunderstood your original post, I thought you were on cycle, then you were going to cut, you should def maintain size on 500mg/week test. Follow up on this post and let everybody know how it turned out.
 
sure will do, quick question.

I've got two bottles of dexaprine for my cut, which I can easily use up to 1.5-2 pills a day without any bad sides. Now some people have adviced me to take ephidrine instead. Other say that dexaprine is as good if not better for cutting fat. I dont have ephidrine right now so Ill have to buy it, is ephidrine considered to be much better than a 'high' dose of dexaprine (1 pill is normal dosage)
 
Ill be perfectly honest, I dont know anything about dexaprine, I used ECA quite a bit back in the early 2000's, had awesome results. Ill have to BUMP that question to somebody with more experience, sorry brother.

Did 3 weeks of test P as front load, but that gear was garbish and didnt do shit.

Cant really say what I was before cycle, gained +- 10 lbs in the last 7 weeks

As im bulking I dont have a strict diet. im eating 200+ gr of protein (I think im above 250 gr most days, I know its too much. I get most of my protein from greek yoghurt, chicken breast, peanut butter, milk, tuna, eggs etc. Trying to eat fairly clean (with fairly I mean I have some cheat meals, mostly candy's, I would say about 2 bags a week) kcal are around 4500-6500, depending from day to day. I have meso/ecto genes so I put on next to no fat.

When I start cutting I have a very strict diet, still have to do the math with my current stats but I will lower my calories with 300 a day till I reach aprox 2600kcal with 200-225 gr proteins, low carbs. I do 5-6 short cardio sessions a week (20-30min) + 5-6 times a week of 1.5 hours weight lifting.

depending on if your gear was legit or not… your levels of ethanate have probably only really stabilized over the last few weeks… so your bulk hasn't been as long as you think.

if i were you… I would just continue your cycle instead of changing in the middle into a cutter. Then plan your next one to be a little different.

for myself… I don't differentiate bulk and cutting cycles. I run them as clean as possible to gain quality muscle, with as little fat as possible.

control your diet better… know what your intake and caloric expenditures are then you can control your over all fitness and appearance. Sounds as though appearance is what your focus is.

lastly, sounds as though your training is good. With the cardio…
Definitley spending more than enough time lifting…

So changing that up is probably not going to do much for just your arms…

I believe it is in the auxiliaries… focus on those and the arms will get there… :)

Well some of the gear is real for sure, Im getting pretty bad sides (snoring, excesive sweating, high blood pressure, holding alot of water in my legs, and a few more. Also get some pretty painful stings in my heart region, and upper/inner arm from time to time which is quite worrying as I have a high b lood pressure normally) pretty much all sides you can get besides acne, thank god. Strenght wise its been working for about 1.5 week now, was very late with kicking in, I only feel strenght increases on the big lifts, bench went up with 20-25lbs same for deadlift. Havent really seen improvements muscle wise, only measured arms sadly enough so I cant say much about back/chest etc.

The thing is that its summer, so I prefer looking jacked than having an extra 10lbs of muscle covered with a (small) layer of fat... I prefer a jeff seid/zyzz look above a bodybuilder look as gay as it sounds. I dont aim to be a professional body builder, like I said earlier im happy with the size of my chest and back.. Maybe even a bit too much. Getting alot of comments (positive ones from guys, negative from most girls) and I also look 'really' intimidating as im 6''4. Which is not the kinda look I like to have. If I could just add .5-1 inch to my arms and legs and lose 3% bf I would have my perfect physique. After that I will just maintain and define my body more and focussing on my strenght.

1x 320 lbs bench 4x 310, should be able to do 330.
4x460 lbs deadlift
8x350 lbs squat

from what your saying early on in your post.

you should really monitor your hi BP. (AAS and hi BP don't work together… not to lecture you)

If your estrogen is out of control … you could really get into some problems.

your first paragraph/symptoms worry me!

Before I was taking proviron I would wake up drenched in water, change side of bed and wake up 30min later and have the same problem. Now I still have this from time to time but not nearly as bad.

Keeping a close eye regarding my BP, as im taking pills which my internist prescribed me (he knows im taking steroids, just not which amounts) BP seems to be stable around 170/80 - 180/80 while on medication, which is high but not dangerously high. Still quite young so Ill be fine. If my underpressure gets high or my upper pressure goes above 190 ill stop my cycle, I dont mind taking risks but I still love my life a bit too much.

Well my BP was on 180/80 before I went on BP medicine and didnt use steroids. Doesnt really worry me, as long as my under pressure is not above 100 its safe. 180/80 gets dangerously when ur 40. Not going to the docter for the same BP as I had a year ago, I already know what he is going to tell me.
 
Great going pal..many people believe that working out every day builds bigger muscles, but in reality it is built during resting days between workout routines. let your muscles rest, particularly your arm muscles, you risk over-training them and delaying the results you want to achieve. I trained one or two times per week each session lasting about half an hour. Short and intense training sessions are the best for building arm muscles. What about your abs? If you are one of the apps lover then I will suggest you "Ab Workout Express" app. This really works for me. I usually workout just for 5 mins a day.
