ok guys i was off this summer from school and went to work for my uncle farming. Thats the worse job ever for anyone out there. hehe. for the past four weeks we have worked everyday from 7 am to 11pm. i have dropped 19 lbs in this time period. look and feel like total shit, but not complaining jus giving a inside scoop. i didnt really lose much on my stats, or apperance jus all mental. idk where the weight came from and went to but i need to get back on the right track so here is my daily intake now that im back at school and eating somewhat right. i need to gain back some weight but always been the lean muscle type, not into the hulk and bulk type. stats are 6'1, weight right now 209.need help just with critiquing it and trying jus to get back up to 225 or 230 cause i feel like i am starting everything over from scratch.. been on this schedule for this week so far. trying to build myself back up to eating more but gonna take time, i tried to scarf alot more down and ended up getting sick to my stomach and throwing up, so im taking it a bit slower. Wondering wat would be the best things to add in every few days to work with.

BREAKFAST
5 scrambled eggs
3 cups whole milk
3 bowls oatmeal
i piece of toast

10 or 11 am
protein shake

LUNCH

pasta depending on cafeteria
omelet
steak
brown rice

2-3 pm
3 packs tuna

DINNER
steak or meat general
green beans
broccoli
talapi

8 pm weights
9 pm protein shake
11pm bed
