For those guys who cycle for long periods of time

I have a few questions for ya. I've been on 1g enan/1g EQ for 10 weeks now and figure it's time to swithch things up a bit. How do you guys decide what AAS to switch to every few months? I wouldn't mind leaning up a bit the next few months. Do you use PCT in between or switch compounds right away? I was thinking about taking 1g omnadren for 12 weeks, 50mg winny ED 6 weeks, 40mcg IGF-1 ED 7 weeks (first time). This is what I have left in my stash. I just wasn't too sure how well the omnadren would get absorbed after 10 weeks of enanthate. Any feedback is welcomed and appreciated. Stats: 6'3" 240lbs. 12%bf

most suggest cruising at about 200 mg/week with say enanth or cyp for 4 weeks and run hcg and clomid/nolva with it then ramp back up again...if your staying on for a long time ie year+ its not really necessary to run a gram of two things, let alone of one thing, its about consitency...most people I know who have run long cycles stick to going really heavy for short periods of time, ie 6-8 weeks and then the rest of the time moderate doses, ie 650 mg test and 400 eq, etc for longer periods and then 200 mg test (only) for cruise and then back up again...be ready for the possibility of recovery probs, I am experiencing them at the moment and my cycle was just under 20 weeks

Hey bro,lay off the EQ @ 1000 mgs a week thats way too much,.Your body will over produce, whats the word?Damm i forgot,.well anyways it will overproduce blood,or is it hemoglobin..ive been told no more tha 800 mgs a week.

Ok when you switch up for the next cycle,IMO ive always had one anabolic and one androgenic,Omnadren is a good choice! Why not add Deca in the mix?@ 600 mgs the gains should be solid,.lmk

EQ and many other AAS bump red blood cell production (and the accompanying hemoglobin) but I imagine other side effects of gram-level EQ are far more substantial. I would worry about excess RBCs only in the context of being dehydrated . . . IMHO any AAS-user that's dumb enough to become dehydrated deserves to be culled from the herd.

If you are gonna run that long you don't need to be using 2grams. The coast is doggcrapp style and i don't agree with it, it doesn't do much. Instead run longer cycles with lower gear amounts, staying on test (no more than 600mg) and alternating every few months with different anabolics or androgens. Run HCG to keep things at least somewhat acceptable on that front.

AAS don't cut, its diet. If you wanna cut, drop the test down, run a strong anti-e and maybe add a non-aromatizing compound with a cutting agent such as clen.

Too many red blood cells can also contribute to blood clots. Though that shouldn't happen to those with nice clear arteries.

check out my post in this forum...

PDP...

the reason behind the coasting, as you know is to give your body a chance to at least "almost normalize"

NBE...
youre taking a break on the heavy stuff and trust me you will not loose size, I ran a long one and dropped my test to 200mg week for 4 weeks with nolva and hcg, and didnt loose a pound, I also felt better than I did in a while because of this, trust me if your gonna stay on for a long period use some crusing, its insane to run even moderately high doseages for extended periods...
