Forced Time Off - Feel excellent!

Had eye surgery Tuesday and I've obviously been forced to stop lifting and I feel AWESOME! No nightly aches, pains, throbbing, getting leaner by the day, not too much loss - I look almost as muscular but, cut. Maybe the body needs the time off to grow. My body sure needed it. I think I'm going to take a full week off every three months moving forward.

Not stuffing my face with food all day feels great too!

A week off every 3-4 months is a good idea, and if you do go to the gym just ride the bike or walk the treadmill with the cardio bunnies. I am going to be doing that soon hopefully to relieve a nagging shoulder injury.

How's the eyes btw? I am looking into lasix surgery to correct a vision problem hopefully soon.

Recovery is great! I'm using 0.40 ml of BPC-157 ED. And a little gh.

Hopefully as eye drops as I hear using the BPC157 as an eyedrop can surely help recovering from eye surgery.

Bet you'll have great vision once all healed again!

Sounds like you discovered the benefit of deloads lol.
This

I go by feel personally.
Sometimes my CNS is fried after a buildup to a squat PR etc..
Just need to take some fucking time

However, I tend to hit some arm/shoulder hypertrophy on my deload, as it doesnt bother me so long as I'm training RIR.
Doeent crush my CNS like powerlifting does

Or you can go AMRAP with light weight...that works for me on a deload too.
