Former Slidell policeman arrested on narcotics charges

A former Slidell police officer was arrested Thursday afternoon on narcotics charges. According to Captain Kevin Foltz, a Slidell Police Department spokesman, former officer Alan E. Roy had been wanted on possession of anabolic steroids and possession of drug paraphernalia.
