End of week 8 - Days 41, 42, 43, 44, 45

Weight has exploded this week and im sitting at 290lbs been eating loads of fish, rice, veggies and porridge.

I may be lucky to squeeze out an extra 4kg on arm lifts by the end of my cycle in the next 2 weeks and maybe another 10kg on the legs.

I am starting to have real difficulty finding clothes to buy that fit, around my thighs its so tight i have to go up a size and have a really shitty baggy waist, shirts and tshirts the arms are too small so going up a size just looks baggy. Hopefully when i shed some fat things will fit a bit better.

Ive reduced the frequency of arimidex to just 0.5mg every 3 days and i feel great, ive had no signs of gyno throughout.

Coming towards the end of my cycle, ive learned hell of alot about how my body responds to diet, injecting techniques, pushing myself hard as fuck to maximise gains. Really enjoyed the experience.

Give it everything ive got for the last two weeks and throw everything at it.
 
END OF CYCLE

Work has been manic so this is late coming but i'm at the end of my cycle and about to start my PCT.

So my 2nd vial was 2ml short which meant my cycle ended at 9 weeks instead of 10. Bit disappointed but oh well, shit happens.

End stats:

End of cycle:
Not felt any reduction in strength as of yet, still pushing the same numbers and it's been almost 2 weeks since I stopped pinning and have broken out in a load of spots.

Psychologically I feel different off of cycle, I do feel smaller even though it's only been 2 weeks, i've not lost any strength or size, so it's all in my head. I'm already lining up my next cycle after I pct and break.

Things I learned:
Good pinning technique is key to reducing pip, so always take your time and never try to pin when you're tired as you can easily make some mistakes.

1) Always warm the oil before pinning, by holding it in the palm of your hand or placing it between your thigh and crotch to bring to body temperature.

2) I always inserted the needle slowly and horizontally, no pain and no pip.

3) always aspirate!

Diet is also a huge component to a good cycle, you have to eat consistently to ensure you fuel the fire, i'll be honest and say I didn't eat clean all of the time, neither did I dirty bulk, I found a balance that worked for me and undoubtedly I put on fat along with muscle, but i'm after a thick muscle look, not a thin toned shredded look.

Benefits of being on cycle:
I'm not being a jerk when I say I got laid hell of alot, I think alot of it has to do with increased confidence and the high libido also helps.

I've felt more energetic and my facial hair has got hell of alot more thicker along with my chest hair, which seems to go down well.

My physique has got much bigger and my strength has made substantial gains

Disadvantages of being on cycle:

It's not cheap, not only do you have to be able to afford the steroids, but you MUST also have PCT and also have the means to have a good diet with sufficient calories.

I've had no real health concerns during my cycle apart from one or two crazy dreams, some sleep disruption and one or two minor issues while pinning, but nothing to be concerned about.

Conclusion:

I have loved every minute of being on cycle, they way it changed how I felt and how I looked. I'm definitely doing another.

Good read mate, even I was gutted when it ended lol I'm in the uk also.. Couldn't you have told the doctor you was cycling and get bloods that way? Just wondering for when I star mine.

My doctors wouldnt request bloods unless I had a good excuse, theres also the kinda moral side to it, getting the NHS to pay for a steroid cycle blood test. Private tests are so bloody expensive they would cost more than the cycle.

Some people slate Noble, but for my first cycle I packed on 30lbs so i'm happy, id use Noble again.

Hey Daledd hope your cycle is still going good, I stupidly didnt capture starting lifts.

On average though most upper body lifts went up by almost 30kg and legs up by 60kg,
