Frank was underrated, solid body symmetry back in his day. Surprised he lost ssooo much weight.
Is it just me or can the kid show a little more respect for a legend and take his stupid looking hat off or at least wear it right?

Great interview. Frank was awesome and he seemed dealy layed back in the interview. Not like most people who feel they need to get there point across. Most Try to force theories and bullsit down your throat.

Arnold was good symmetry for a tall Guy
but Frank Zane was the best as far as how they say today aesthetics.
was also good at posing.
I myself am a 5-6 205 at moment, but working on getting to a look more like Lee labrada
to me Lee labrada,and bob Paris even Muhammad benazeeza. was 90s symmetry today the best is the older black Guy what is his name.anyway won Olympia once sorry stretched out a thread for my own opinion but thanks for sharing
