I've noticed results in the few weeks of doing this with intermittent fasting
Vw! Glad to see you my friend. Keep me posted. This is good info in here. I will be starting on the program @brutus79 posted.
I will also be glad to lose a few lbs as well.
first day running this program, followed @brutus79 chest/tri routine and loved the pumpsIm back up to 6 days a week hitting each group once a week; chest, back and rear delts, legs, arms, shoulders and save saturday for deadlifts. Still start off with my heavy compounds then to the lighter isolations to kill that pump. Iike the idea of hitting everything twice, that could be a nice transition into another program in a few more weeks.

quick question: when did you guys generally do abs? was there a specific day
I always find never is the best time to do abs.first day running this program, followed @brutus79 chest/tri routine and loved the pumps

Right there with ya, I don't train them directly at all[emoji123]I always find never is the best time to do abs.

I wish that was an option for me. That's part of my daily routine. I don't always log it but I do some kind of core ab lower back work for the first 15-20 mins of every workout. Only way to keep my back from taking a shit on me
I like to use the ab roller, compound workout the strengthens the entire core. I also like hanging leg raises for the stretch it gives. As far as crunches I normally do decline and gradually work till Im parallel. What are you doing for abs?
in the name of fst 7 i wonder if:I dont know how brutus did his but I alternate calves and abs eod, usually at a moderate intensity and before my workout. By the end of a workout Im too taxed to do anything.
in the name of fst 7 i wonder if:
(w or w/o weight) hanging leg raises 3-4 sets of 8-12
(w or w/o weight) decline crunches 3-4 sets of 8-12
another ab exercise 3-4 sets of 8-12
cable crunches as your 7
I still mean to try this shit out, fuck, maybe tomorrow! I am addicted to high volume stuff....
No particular named or branded routine. I follow some of what Caged Freak does on Ab, a lot Lee Priest inspired stuff, sort of a Frankenstein
I used FST-7 for my last show prep and the volumizing effect was fantastic, but overall strength plummeted over time. As long as you remember this routine is for maximum pump with moderate weights then I think it can be a good tool to use
