Fuckin Allergies!!

I've got about 115 allergies and this week the beginning of the 4 months of torture started. I wake up feeling like I've just go assaulted by Tyson in the ring with my eyes swollen and have big bags under them and can pull a 2 foot string of goo out of my eyes.

I've always used Zyrtec and worked miracles for me, but now insurance won't cover it. It appears it the only allergy medication insurance doesn't cover!!

Some of my major allergies include pollen, cats, dogs, cut grass, ragweed, dust, and the list goes on. I also have asthma which makes it worse since these allergies trigger it.

Anyone have suggestions for some good stuff?

I'm buying a boxer, once i settle down in a place for longer than a 1 yr lease, and i dont really care if it makes me sick, because I want a fuckin dog and I'll be feeding the fucker all the cats he wants to eat because i hate those things

allergy med suggestions still welcome :D

2-3 grams ed of vitamin b5 and a couple of caps of quercitin (the ones from vitamineshoppe.com's store brand) work like a charm. i've had really bad allergies for the past 10 years. at times they are so bad i cannot breath. this is a miracle. it works and without any side effects like dry mouth which would make get up at night to drink water, then get up again to pee, and over and over causing serious disruptions to my sleeping patterns. definitely not good for your bodybuilding efforts. try it and let us know.

how much would you say it costs a month for these?
is quercitin experimental?

i can get claritin, allegra, etc. for $1/month, but dont know what to go with

you can get 750g of b5 for $30 from superior1, a bro here on meso. that'll last you a couple of years at least. quercitin is a bioflavinoid that, among other benefits, has the ability to inhibit the release of histamine, hence its usefullness for allerigies. it has been also been ascribed anti-inflammatory properties. great combination and dirt-cheap. my problem with claritin, zyrtec, allegra, etc, as i said, is that they give me tremendous dry mouth so i get up a lot during the night to drink and pee and this kills my sleep. trust me. fuck the allergy drugs and give this combo a try. you've got nothing to lose.
