Call me cheap to but their practically giving steaks away at Walmart. I go to walmart for my almonds and my steaks. I may splurge this week and try some KirkLand steaks and see if it's really worth it.

I don't know what walmarts you guys are going to but the one by my house has better steaks than most specialized meat markets for an amazing price. But the one 15 minutes down the road has horrible beef. I guess it all depends on which one you got

Can't beat that fst pump!Just got back from the gym and started this FST program, today was chest and tri. Some of these moves I've never done so I took it light and worked on form. I think I'm going to really focus on form until I start pinning. I keep having people tell me "I'm body building its not about the weight it's about focusing on the muscle". So we'll see how long I can keep working on form. But the biggest dude at my gym clear competes and probably juices and I see him working specific muscles with these ridiculous light weights. Anyway here goes nothing ....

Yah some of these are pussy weight and I can do more but I really focused on form today and squeezing at the top. I'd never done decline db press and that was comedy watching me learn how to get into position lol. And last comment is doing tricep P/D drop set right before 7x12 of rope press down.... Yah 35 lbs and I was STRUGGLING I was gassed. But my tris were busting out of my skin.

I love this shit. All layed out, the first sign someone is the real deal and real serious about getting to their goals.Here is what my 5k diet looks like .. It's just shy of 5k but I'll fudge slightly and make it work. I'm using the 4k while cruising and 5k on blast. Also a weekly refeed of 6k on Sunday.
Here's what my 5000 calories looks like (470 protein, 330 carbs, 170 fat). 6 meals, breakfast + a shake, 4 whole food meals and a post workout shake.

4000 looks exactly the same minus the last meal of Yucca and steak. I also am working on a 6k meal but that's not done. Yah lots of food, but I'm fired up I get to eat steak 2x a day. That's almost as good as pizza twice a day.
Eat big or go home!!
