Furiouswo's quest to get big

Last summer when i started running gear i had t.n.e as my pre....fuck i miss the guaicol smell. I walk by cats in the gym and just smile at them when thay see me notice that they REEK like yummy t.n.e!! Ive just been running a little prop b4 and thats doing the trick.
Manny, damn that new avatar is killing me. I won't ever get to the gym staring at that! lol
 
You take care of leg day yet? Those deads aren't going to lift themselves.
Ok I did get leg day in a little later than the morning but hey at least I didn't skip it.
The first week I did FST I didn't realize you were supposed to bang out the 7x12 with only 30-45sec rest between sets. This week FST has been tougher and let me tell you leg day... Hahahahaha...

So deadlifts, I need to work on form. I felt a lot of it in my lower back instead of in my hamstrings and glutes.
After the deads, hacks, leg press and leg extensions I was dying for water and wanted cold water. My gym is two story and the water fountains upstairs are much colder. The leg equipment is on the first floor. Im sure you get where this is going lol.. Up was ok, back downstairs was a sight to see. There's an elevator but I'd rather be raped with an Olympic bar then take the elevator at the gym.
I am also a sweaty fucking mess at the gym. I don't care who says you don't know anyone that sweats excessively or has night sweats on test only. I do! I sweat so much it starts to look like I just got out of the shower. My shirt is soaked and hair is sweaty. It's kinda embarrassing honestly. Hard to look good when you are gushing buckets of sweat.
