Ok the real show started yesterday... FUCK YAH FWO GONNA GET SOME!!!!!! (And yep I just referred to myself in the 3rd person dgaf)
Yesterday dbol 25mg and fina at 50mg
Today dbol 25mg and fina at 100mg
Can't wait for the fina to kick in. I was dragging ass this evening before the gym so a little suspension was in order about an hour PWO, 100mg.
Last week I tweaked my left shoulder a little doing barbell flat bench, it was suggested that I switch to dumbbell for everything chest. I made that change today. Was working a little light on db inc and flat bench press trying to get the form down right. Oh yah it's been a few day with seros too 4iu ed with 100mcg T4 when I wake up in the middle of the night or first thing if I don't wake.

Honestly my same shouler hurt more tonight than before. Maybe I don't need to come down and stretch so far? Hopefully it will chill out by morning
 
I feel you on the shoulder pain. I ran some npp for about 6 weeks at 100mg eod and around week 3 shoulder felt great!!!
Anyway great log furious, keep hitting it hard!!!!
 
Was reading tonight that keeping my elbows tucked in is at about a 45 degree angle from my body is a good compromise between activating the pecs and reducing stress on the shoulders. Anyone try this or do this currently?
 
Yup! A power lifter showed me that some years back, told me it would help protect my shoulders from getting beat up with heavy benching. Felt really awkward at first but you get used to it. Also he claimed eventually i would be able to bench even more weight!
If i were you id give it a try , cant hurt!!
 
I would also like to add that I had my left shoulder cut on in 2005. Small rotator cuff tear repaired and some scar tissue removed. I didn't do pt like I should have maybe 3 sessions before I said fuck it and just popped a lot pills and other shit. So, I know shoulder pain. From what I've read once that GH kicks in you will feel like a new man. But, until then take a look at

I tried to link right to the post #54, it didn't work. I've been doing the stretch, the stick (standing NOT lying on the floor), and the golf ball. Its helped a lot.

I tend to do that myself especially when getting a lot of chest and shoulder pumps.

After 4 days of pinning and about a week of seros something is kicking my ass. I feel like dog shit.
Here's what's up right now
Test e 100mg 2x week (trying to stay around 1000, low test for this blast)
Fina 100mg ed
Seros 4iu at night before bed
100mcg T4 in the middle of the night or when I wake up
Accutane 20mg Ed
.25mg adex eod
The mornings and mid day are ok but by 6-7pm I'm out of gas for the day. That's a problem since hit the gym at 8-830pm. Last night i feel asleep for an hour before the gym and never made it.
Today I feel like an old man aches and pains in joints with a ripping headache when I got up. I'm just now feeling good again. I assume this will all pass once my body adjusts to the GH.
Sadly I have to change my gym schedule and go during the day. Kinda sucks I like going with my wife, nice bringing one of the hottest chicks with you [emoji48] but damn it I'm not letting that get in the way. Until this has worked itself out I'll be going early morning or mid day. Stay tuned for an update.
Funny thing is again last night was leg day!!! Maybe I secretly hate leg day.

100mg ED What? I thought 50mg ED? God Damit...Looks like I better start doing 100mg ED now too.

No secret for me, I don't like leg day at ALL!! That's why I do arms next day, my reward.

For the T4, it converts to T3 which your body consumes heavily with HGH. The T4 is also supposed to help with the initial lethargy. From what I understand using t3 directly isn't as affective as using t4 that converts to t3. When you use t4 during the conversion process there are additional enzymes created that allow the T3 to work with the HGH. Check this article out...

I forgot to add I'm ordering some GHRP-6 for appetite. The food is the most important part of all this. With the food all these other substances are useless.

Yes this is the correct bench technique (or are we talking something else?). Basically bar must be going about nipple height not close to your neck, incline, now that's a lot more debatable. Watch powerlifting videos explained best in there from what I have found...

Yeah just mimic what you would do with a bar, have the dumbbells basically touch the side of your chest close to your nipples, same goes for flyes, otherwise yes it puts a lot more stress on the shoulders. On incline however I get a better feel for my chest going neck height instead, believe Jay Cutler recommended.

That's what I've been doing with db's now as previously I've been going up and at top of rep I'd softly touch the db's together then return to the starting position. By pretending I am pressing a bar it has indeed helped.
 
Finally pulled my tampon out this afternoon, there were still some grains of sand lodged deep in my vagina but some leg day also worked those fuckers out too. I found taking a quick nap midday really helped shake the HGH lethargy (and 75mg of suspension 2 hours PWO).
Couple of small updates on diet and fina...
@Seven Dog asked why 100mg Ed now? I was starting to think that fina wasn't all it's cracked up to be and maybe i just have a super high tolerance for tren. I'm an ex-addict for God sakes those skills should come in handy somewhere right? I was wrong it hit me today. This afternoon the A/C kicked off for about 5 minutes and I was sweating just sitting still working. The gym tonight was also shower time, I'm was a huge sweaty mess but hey whatever I'm not there to impress. Im going to listen to others ahead of me and cut back now. (Thanks @OdieM). Tomorrow I'm going to NOT pin any fina and go to a 100mg eod schedule. I'll work up from there as needed.
Also my appetite is GONE.. Straight up "cya bye, thanks for visiting catch you later" kinda gone. I was lucky to get in 3800 calories today. I pulled the trigger on some GHRP-6 and it will be here soon, I have to eat. I'll update that in future entries.
Leg day my is my least favorite day and my most needed. I really wish I would have worked on legs harder for the last 18 months and also included deadlifts from the get go. It's highly frustrating to be using almost no weight and be struggling with form. Ah yah my old friend form. Deadlifts unless I go VERY light I feel in my lower back because I let my back round and I pull with my back: I'll keep working on it, but keep the snickers to yourself as you read my log tonight. I painfully aware that I have seen much smaller females deadlift more with better form.
