I forgot to mention that I don't normally go to the gym in the morning but I'm going to start. In some ways I like it better, it's an older crowd so I look better than when I head in at night with the 20something crowd. But then the same applies to the scenery, 35-50ish and that wouldn't be my target age group if I was single. Today was different I was kinda into some of the older women in the gym, either that or this tren is in full effect...either way [emoji13]
Exactly I used to get motivated by all the young bucks at night that were pushing lots of weight, but what really got me honestly today we're the second and long glances my direction from the older cougar crowd. Good for the ego lol. I look really young for my age so finally it's to my advantage, used to hate it when I was younger but now being mid 40's and can pass as 35. I'm all over it.Lol it's funny how much the certain crowd can effect you. I go to a few different locations, at one I am easily the biggest dude in there every time and it motivates me to just beast out in there. At another location, I swear there are some future ifbb guys in there and I feel tiny.. Which in turn motivates me even more than the first situation.

Brother I've truly enjoyed watching a vein popup from my front delt down my bicep. It appeared about 6mos ago and been getting clearer everyday. I love looking at that fuckerDelts and traps poppin like crazy? My sources tell me that sounds like the tren is legit my friend!
Shoulder day is the best, I know I overtrain the shit out of them but there's nothing like a massive delt pump after doing countless lateral raises and upright rows from every angle. Especially when the veins start popping out [emoji41]
A quick Costco run today, need to eat more. Weight gain has stalled completely so now I need to change it up and dirty it up.

Hell yes Rob any help I can getThat's one way to do it. Add gallon tub of PB and you should be good. If you need or want the fixins I use for my 2k cal shake let me know. Easy to drink and will pack some good weight on.

Awesome thanks brother!I use about 8 oz of 2% milk/1 cup of PB/about a cup of strawberries/1banana/2 tbs safflower oil/2tbs grapeseed oil/couple decent sized scoops of just about any icecream/and as Brutus put about a oz bag of weed worth of kale or spinach/ last thing is 2 scoops of your favorite protein(50-60grams worth). I normally split mine into 2 servings. That way your body can absorb the nutrients more efficiently.
