Ok failed actually lighter this morning. 196.5 WTF?? Upping the dbol maybe it's not properly dosed or even bogus. We'll see....

Sorry about not keeping up with posting my workouts, I've been pretty laxed about tracking them at the gym as well. It's the same thing same weights so it was getting kinda of boring posting the same thing over and over. I'll go back to posting my epic lifts starting today.
Next week is going to suck, have to go out of town for a couple days BUT I belong to a kick ass Golds Gym by my client so I'm stoked to go work out there again.

Typical Friday night at my gym mostly dudes with a handful of females. Lol one in particular is awfully young maybe 17ish but dresses like shes much older and constantly walks around the gym. A set here, a set there but she's pushing maximum density and really should be working out to quell the onslaught hahaha; yah I'm in full on tren dick mode tonight.
Speaking of tren I have a new barometer of when it's working.. I found myself watching this other chick doing "yes'"'tonight (it's the machine where you practice spreading your legs) and the dirty ass shit running through my head was to a new level. I hope it was all in my head I had Anthrax blasting in my headphones so I could have also been whispering it all out loud ha!!

Back and bis tonight, kinda short I was rushed. The gym closes early fri-sun and wifey and I were running behind

Ok ok yes I've been working out just not posting. My workouts have been getting better the last two days, feeling stronger and finally broke the morning 200 pound mark today!!!! 200.6 this morning.

Saturday
My big accomplishment was squats, I could have got 225 for sure but I wasn't going to push it. Next time. Spending all this time retooling my form on squats is paying off finally. They feel good far different than they used to. Also bumped the weight some on tbar rows, last set was 125 and it felt good.
Funny story... Kinda... I'm doing db lunges and my wife walks up between sets, looks at me and says ".. I do more weight on lunges ya know.." Part of me died inside lol
