FWO: I just polished off 4 pancakes, 6 boiled eggs, a load of pita bread, 3 cups of chocolate milk, half a pint of ice cream, and 2cups of coffee. Waiting on laundry before hitting the gym and before I get there I'll be getting 3 McDoubles, 2 4pc nuggets, a McChicken, and a large fry. Post workout I have my shake made which has 2 cups chocolate milk, 3/4 cup oatmeal, 4TBSP almond butter, a handful of cereal, banana, apple, and chocolate syrup.
Where are you now?!?!?! Keep eating bro. Its a chore at times but like your parents made you do chores as a kid, now you're an adult and give yourself your own chores to accomplish lol
