Shit almost forgot to do my gym log!!! Thanks for the reminder
@MindlessWork.
Shoulder/trap day today and it's by far my favorite routine. I modified my shoulder workout and took
@Docd187123 advice, swapping out seated smith shoulder press for standing overhead press. Also moved it to the first exercise. I've never done overhead press so I was prepared to not kick ass at it but focus on finding a good weight. Lol man doc was right, it's a lot harder than smith machine. I'm pretty sure my form was good I watched a ton of vids on it and it felt good. Awkward at first but still good.

I struggled on traps tonight, reall in general I struggled some today, my weights were down a bit but that's ok. I think it's because the initial overhead press is significantly harder than I what was doing and works all three heads in my shoulder.
Overall though I'm seeing a general thickness to myself that I like. I'm not big but I'm starting to look and feel solid. I can't speak highly enough about the FST program, it's been about 2 months and I really enjoy it. My endurance is definitely up, the 7x12 exercises are a killer but also a really nice mental win. It's a game I play with myself counting them down and it's like a checkpoint, once I've done the 7x12 I don't need to come back to that muscle or head. Maybe it's just me but it's helps drive me through the workout.
