Any of you guys use the low priced garlic bread to carb up its like 80g of carbs and 18/19g of protein per roll for like 40 pence? I find it easy to eat and bloody cheap lol!.

Delicious too, I say. I make my own using Italian bread and garlic butter sprinkled with parsley.

I was just eating it then I looked at the packet and was like fuck that's actually really good
Most garlic bread seems to be actually made with margarine...which can be good or bad depending on caloric goals.

You are close to bronx? Im about 25 minutes. Go down just about every friday.

Best butchers, cheese shops, fresh seafood, homemade pasta store (borgattis and they ship too check out their store online) and restaurants you cant pick a bad one

Heres a sandwhich i had the other day at mikes original deli

I live in CT and I travel to NYC on occasion. I can take the train :)

All their sandwiches are awesome. Top quality meats, homemade mozzarella and fococchia bread put them over the top
Ciabatta and focaccia breads are the best sandwich breads...they don't fall apart easily when a bit soggy. Even ham and cheese sandwiches on garlic and herb focaccia are a real winner :)
