I am sorry for all the delays in answering emails and shipping orders, we ve been last two months very busy with the domestic shipping and new eshop-s set up, this is not an excuse, but explenation why some customers had to wait, they ll all recieve a compensations of free products and discounts.

More importantly is that we have finished all these set ups, me and David are completly ready to focus now on our customer service.

Its ok Dan I think a lot of people are excited for you to be here and really like the idea of being able to get GE-TM product domestically!! Someone asked if it is being brewed here or imported I would like to know as well! Thanks Dan!!
 
I can tell you one thing Dan - if your gonna make it on Meso you've got to be available to answer questions 24/7 . If you disappear and go silent for days at a time , your dogmeat here .

The rumors will fly on why your not answering questions and conspiracy theories will erupt .

Think I'm being over dramatic ? Just ask Alpha , once he stopped answering folks and packages werent sent on time he was history . I doubt he'll recover ....

All is imported from our lab in Europe.

Its not that we havent been answering and sending all emails and orders in proper time, it was only few cases, now since we ll concentrate mainly on customer service, I promise we ll try our best to avoid such cases to happen at all.
