Dan, thanks for this update and the email you sent me. It appears you are working through some issues, but good communication helps a lot. There is another UGL here that has good reviews but his email/PM response is pretty bad and I prefer not to deal with him. I look forward to testing your gear.

I have been using GE-TM Labs for well over a year now and was recently asked to post my opinion about my experience. I have never posted before but have used MESO extensively to boost my knowledge of healthy steroid usage. I actually decided on GE-TM Labs based on the amount of comments I read and their blatant honesty with all aspects of the transactions and subsequent usage.
I hold a very high regard for the product and respect the representative that I currently deal with. I am completely satisfied with the prices, and will continue to use their product. I was diagnosed with low-T 4 years ago and after losing my insurance, will no longer be covered in regards to a preexisting condition. Therefore GE-TM has become my life line, I am very happy to be able to deal with them. I welcome any questions or comments.

What GE-TM products are you using? How much per week? Are you using anything else stacked with GE-TM products? Have you had any bloodwork done recently? If yes, what were the results?

Alright, Anobolics, you don't get to go from "pretty unhappy" and frownie faces to overly joyed and "much respect" THAT quickly without some 'splainin. So are you saying it was your bad, or has Dan just compensated you enough to garner such a glowing turnaround so quickly? Either your over-the-top endorsement in that last post was your way of saying sorry, OR Dan threw enough whip cream and cherries on top of your sundae to make you forgive him for making you stand in the corner at Dairy Queen waiting for 2 hours for your ice cream? If Dan screwed up, it's okay, it happens, and I DO like Dan and GETM, but some clarification is needed here.
 
It's obvious that he was compensated for the issue. Also every little minor problem doesn't need to be brought out in the open . Although it is his mistake for posting it out in the open and not dealing with it privately.
 
Simple fellas. The stuff was sent to the wrong place. I was heavily compensated for that mistake so all is well. Everyone makes mistakes so I understand. Issue was taken care of within 24 hours. :)

When a company makes a mistake like this it is only good business to compensate some. It's a stand up deal to admit to a mistake, compensate and move on like GE-TM has done. We all know of other UGLs that won't do this and often harrass the customer because they keep asking. If you don't know who I mean it is one of the major players on this board. Once these UGLs start acting like they are doing us a big favor is usually when they are ready to fail. I've seen this so many times.

That being said there are some issues with my first order with GETM but the communication with them had been great, and they never passed the blame and that goes a long way. However, I will be doing test and lab work and will report in the labmax thread. The end point is we want a product of what it say it is.

Customer service is key. The most important thing is communication. Nobody likes being left in limbo when something has gone array or someone acting like they are doing you a favor because THEY made a mistake. Dan has been exemplary as far as communication anytime something has not gone as its supposed to. The fact of the matter is if you do good business you get more business.
