David spent money on tests, but you guys won't except those results..

Maybe GETM got a bad batch of powder, and this never happened before.
With them being around so long and being so big, if this is what happened,
I am sure you guys are the least of their problems ..

Now, my stance is that given GETM's alleged rep and history there is a chance they will try and sort this out. Do I take this as a guarantee? Not at all. Will I outright just trust any "possible" replacement gear? Not at all. And if there is a CHANCE they are trying to sort it out getting as much info together will not only help them but help keep interested persons in the community informed. Neither of which could EVER be a bad thing. Even if it turns out they just screwed people over. Nor can it be considered wasted effort as the final verdict isn't in yet. If they don't make good it's an outlet for basic human nature to recoup losses even if it turns out fruitless, its not wasted energy if it still accomplishes a need be it psychological or otherwise. Likewise the venting of irritation and anger AGAINST this is the exact same thing. Sating a psychological drive.

Again if I mistook that forgive me. Still learning you guys' personalities and quirks.

Then explain how it is okay for them to keep shipping out the product they know has issues weather it is their fault or the powder supply? That is the issue. Once it came to their attention all orders should have been halted, but they weren't, and that I have a problem with no matter what they say.

When all of this started, I was one of the people encouraging our members to let it play out. I received a few PM's from newer members asking me about them, and I told them all to let it play out, but to definitely not order until it was resolved.

Well, not that my opinion matters a whole lot, but for the guys whom I gave that advice to, I would now officially say move on.

If GetM cared about our community, they wouldn't leave us hanging, when THEY ARE THE ONES that said they would have a statement.

I didn't know they were in business, so long
until not long ago.. I figured why give up that much time put into business,
unless something very big went down ..

I told a few guys GE was GTG, so it sucks now with this happening.

Unless I am brewing I can not back a company 100%,
but the products I used worked good for me, so I backed them.

Because people were stating they have placed orders and received orders after the fact. Of course the orders received could have been before they knew but with priority 2 day shipping not likely.

I hear what your saying, but as stated a bigger op, with a long track record, should be able to right small oversights, like this. And do it timely .
It is discouraging to be wondering if ''potential '' replacements would be good or not, but im sure that a long standing source, would take extra care to ensure replacements where all filled to the brim and of excellent concentration, and labeled correctly. You among others attested to their quality, but then ur advice is to move on the minute a problem arises.
if people who spent hard money wanna bitch and speculate as the source doesnt return answers then fuck it let it spill on this thread .. that is what this forum is here for .

but i know this , with all the demand, if i was about this business, id have that shit linked to a toss away smart phone, and be jonny fucking customer service, sending paks out like candy daily. i don't understand long delays in communication. i can understand a cple week T/A, but that is after timely communication like answers that the pay was received, updates until ship.. and the ship track#. its like the idiots who cant answer there fucking phones or show common courtesy to return urgent messages, or pick up. makes me want to smash bones

Considering where they are from, and knowing Dan's past history, it's entirely possible they went on a long vacation with plans to continue where they left off when they get back. It's been SOP ever since they showed up here no mater what was happening at the time.
