I have always defended you guys David and Dan, by telling members that you guys are just slow to answer emails, but that your quality was good. But there is no defending you taking so long to address something SO important.
You didn't have to have all of the answers, but you should have began the dialogue, anyways. Especially when YOU ARE THE ONE THAT SAID YOU WOULD HAVE A STATEMENT TWO WEEKS AGO!
