Because I dislike lazy people who want to be spoonfed answers.
If I were about to push somebody's gear into my body I'd make my own decisions.
Which is why I've concluded that you are slow
Secondly, mixed reviews or not it would be straight up dumb to order from these guys until they fix their issues.
And you'd know that if you read any of this thread

Where have you seen mixed reviews? I have yet to see a negative review which leads me to believe you're talking out your ass. Also you don't decide on astro, he will more so decide on you .

Not on astro all I've seen is amazing thing's, i was saying in general i've been trying to find something solid. Everyone has something different to say. So i'm not talking out of my ass bro!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They continue to exceed my expectations. You have to keep things in perspective. This is a sellers market. 90 % of the guys out there are selling complete garbage. So getting reps that really strive to keep you happy is very refreshing. The reps that return emails in a few hours and get packages out in 2 days usually tend to have bunk gear. You have to realize with an UGL you are NEVER going to have the quality control in place to compete with pharma. The economics just arent there. THe good reps are very busy and have tons of emails to wade through. So you should expect to wait a while. Thats just the way it is. Some of these posts are completely childish and arent going to get you any closer to getting good sevice from a rep. It may just get you blacklisted altogether. I don't have anything negative to say about David or Dan. They have ALWAYS delivered. And if I ever have any problems they far exceed my expectations.

Interesting. I"m curious as to how many have received their orders in the last 2 weeks? How many have orders outstanding beyond 4 weeks, 6 weeks? How many have received multiple replies that your order has been shipped only, to not receive their orders? I'm happy for your good fortune, but many are not and considering the lack of communication/miscommunication from them, the criticism is justified.

Sooooo........ is THIS "the statement" that we've all been waiting for? I mean, SURELY this was written by Dan or David or one of their parents. No way was this written by someone not connected to the operation.
And to the author, thanks for the subtle threat to anyone speaking out against these disrespectful pricks by suggesting they may be blacklisted from ordering? Seriously? Have you even read the last months worth of posts in this thread?
