Just received my order from GE-TM. Initially, I was skeptical because it had been more than a couple weeks however he was always prompt to answer my emails/pms (except when he is sick which is understandable) , so I pm`ed dan and he explained to me that it was a shipping issue and assured me he would not only reship it for free, but he would ship it using express mail. So I waited and sure enough, it arrived one week later today, I just now opened it because i forgot to check the porch earlier and inside he not only sent what was promised, but he doubled my order, and added two extra products along with it for my troubles! This guy knows how to treat his customers, I will definitely be returning

Happen to me when my first order was late, he reship it by express and my order was almost doubled , great man.
Yea, in spite of the fact I like giving Daniel shit for being less than ideally available for their customers, they certainly seem to make amends for this deficiency with bonuses and extras.
But God forbid if Daniel decides to pickup another hobby or two in the nest future!
