I think customs are more likely to pick off your pack. GE-TM claims it will arrive in 5 days so I can't argue about the amount of time to get package.

Hey ebk I was just saying case I had pm'ed and emailed every day but now he has answered me and told me it was already sent out so all is well. BTW I'm not bashing anyone, get-m is an amazing source, he always responds courteously and swiftly, he is even giving me some free stuff for the mix up, i was just wondering because he usually responds very ffat; sorry for the whining, and thank you Dan for your excellent customer service.

I am affraid that it is an USPS issue, lately some of our US customer had same experience like you.

I asked them if they recieved letter from customes, so I ll resend shipment for free as I promise.

But no letter have been recieved, so one of my long time customer wrote to USPS and this is what he has got written back from USPS.

Dear ***************:

Thank you for contacting the United States Postal Service.

Tracking shows the registered arrived in the Service Center in New York on 10-25. Mailpieces not received within 21 days can have a claim. Go to USPS.com/claims to file a claim for the registed mail. It comes with automatic insurance. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact your local Post Office at:

Thank you for the opportunity to address this matter with you.

So please,

if you have the same experince, write and claim it at USPS, keep me updated and I ll reship your order.

Dont send the email to USPS from your IP!!

Dont use your personal email for that!!

Hey Dan please discuss this with David since the overt reporting of a "missed package" to the USPS would, I strongly suspect, be deemed the equivalent of anticipated receivership ("because of a prenegotiated mechanism" e.g. a sale between two parties).

I would discourage such a declaration especially in writing because doing so may thereby imply ownership. Consequently the combined circumstances probably eliminate plausible deniability as a legal retort, which obviously must be avoided, IMO.

Last year around this time I had a package sit over there for 3 months and randomly 1 day it showed up.. But anyhow I would agree with Dr. Jim, it's getting to be the holidays and the mail usually starts running slower n slower. But if you put in a claim your asking them to specifically search an search for it and given the business that is real risky. Cuz once usps put that in the computer system there is no turnin back

That's a terrible idea to put a claim into USPS. Do not do it.

GE-TM should really be able to offer a better solution than this.
