I don't remember any determination on it but I would assume it's not primo.

A few left from the stuff I bought, never used the primo, plus I'm an impulse buyer got more shit than I know what I should do with, it's an ocd thing!

I took it when they were around and had good results. Later someone tested it and it was primo but like 60% instead of 100%. If you use double it up imo.
