Well im 5'7" 190 lbs builtfat and my primary goal is to just get stronger but it'd be cool to be as lean as i was when i was 140lbs a few years ago. My constant struggle is as soon as I start cutting is when i start to lose lbs on my lifts. Anyways ive been lifting seriously for about a year but have been working out since high school wrestling. Im 25 now and going to school to be a nurse.Welcome to meso bro. So whats your stats, workout history, an any future goals you may have? 2000 cals daily usually consisting of oatmeal, lean ground turkey and veggies, bodytech protein shakes, natty pb, brown rice, tuna, metrx protein bars, beans, eggs, spinach and other things i cant remember off the top of my head. Oh cuttings a piece of cake its just that feeling of losing lbs on my lifts that really gets me.How's the diet ? 5'7 170-175p lean is easily attainable without Aas man.
