The actual argument is that there IS a raw shortage in China. Factories are cleaning house for everything that is not officially allowed to manufacture and keeping low supplies to low margin products like DHTs/19-nors as far as we are concerned.

And like any sane business, the vendors are increasing prices due to supply disruption. Of course they are going to milk the situation: they ain't your buddy, friend, dude or bro that would say you know I got that cheap you can have it cheap too. No. FU. Supply and demand. Supply is limited, demand is high due to panic buying so price will be high.

If you can't comprehend simple economics, you should keep your trap closed and learn a few things along the way.

It may or may not indicate an exit scam when a source accepts your money and stops shipping orders. It definitely indicates that people should stop ordering from him. Yet, some folks are continuing to throw good money after bad in here.

I will continue spreading that common sense, sprinkled with mirth, until the situation has resolved.

Never ordered from Stan, no reason to participate in his thread. Interesting logic though: we should be more accommodating here because other sources will also let you down. I'm starting to understand what Litre o' Test is always ranting about.

Once you have an understanding of how international mail works, Come check back in for a fruitful discussion on why you may have not yet received your package. None of your suspicions of an exit scam make any logical sense. There are many possibilities for the delay, Perhaps we can have a discussion about possibilities that might make sense, Like a delay in international mail. I have received international mail anywhere from 5 days to 6 weeks. So there is that very real possibility…

Big difference there. Stan has prompt communication, is crystal clear on shipping times, and you never hear of shorted packs or quality issues. Every time I have ordered from him it has come in exactly the amount of time he had said it would. This last time was about two weeks, which was what he had posted it would be, due to the high demand he has been experiencing. Not shilling, just describing my and as far as I know every other members experience there.

GA was cheaper so you would expect things to be done in a lesser manner. However, how good is getting previously cheap gear if you never get it? I hate seeing guys get screwed. This whole system only works because we can collectively hold sources accountable. If a source is not delivering product, or if we should expect floaters, or any other manner of problems, we share that experience on the board so other members know what to expect. That allows the bad sources to fall by the wayside, and good sources grow. That IS economics! Maybe Marcus will come through, but we should not be giving more money and propping up a source if he isn't taking care of our members. The money stops flowing, maybe he will step up his game, or exit stage left. Either way, the choice is his to make as long as we quit propping him up.

It's encouraging to see tracking numbers from a few members, but no acknowledgement has been made of promos being shorted, which is the same as packs missing items. It is still prudent to cut him off until not one member can say they haven't received all orders in full. If he makes good, continue buying.

How many days late would your paycheck have to be before you quit showing up to work? We need to remember that we hold power as a group. We decide which sources survive here. I'm grateful to have the shared experiences of my peers to make informed decisions. Why throw that power away?!

If this was a business meeting, do you give examples of reasons why the vendor should raise prices, or thank them for basic shit?

Stop running PR for chinese sources, whatever source gets the least amount of flak is the best, i dont want to see any glazing for simply doing what is expected in a business transaction.

The same thing is happening at sources outside of MESO. Let's not start going down the road of "Talking about shortages are making prices go up.". Shortages are making prices go up. The list QSC put out of remaining kits still available days ago tells me there isn't some crazy amount of buying going on, just slow dwindling of stocks.

Anyway we can all relax. Plenty of members have assured us things will go back to normal in a few weeks. Warehouses will be full and prices lower than ever....
