I just wanted to share my recent experience with these guys for other future member orders…. So I have ordered multiple decent sized orders from GA several times over the course of the last year and have Always been treated well and received my stuff pretty fast actually, when using their “reshipper” type shipping line(China-US shipping agent-Me). Typically anywhere from as fast as 8 days but no longer then maybe 12-13 days tops to my door step .
Well this most recent order was from about 3 and a half weeks ago so mid November. First they took my order and agree to it at their “old/regular pricing” and then afterwards I got a email and was advised about the “price increase” and was asked to pay more money. I wasn’t willing and asked If they wouldn’t honor the original agreed upon order amount then a refund was perfectly fine . They did finally “agree to the original pricing , which was cool... Payment was sent but I never received tracking info this time until I asked about 4-5 days later.
Mind you, this is using a reshipper so they only provide the usps tracking number so I cannot see any progress until It actually reaches their shipping agent in the states . About roughly three weeks later go by and I finally check the system since I still hadn’t received it but still no updates in there so I reach out and ask them for an update and to check on their end the original tracking number as they obviously have it and they can check it and see what’s really going on. I get a response last week that they will and get back to me. Ok that’s np and should only take a day at max. well a few days go by and I hear nothing so I follow up with them again and get the exact same generic response

I guess I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to check something that you already have the information for and to provide it with an update which I don’t feel I’m asking for too much l or anything out of the ordinary considering I had ordered from two other China sources a week after the fact and I have already received their items through the same type of “reshipper” shipping ….. And so today I for the third time ask them to
Please give me any kind of updates, and what do you know, I receive for the third the exact same generic response…
So what I’m getting at here is that their previous promptness and customer service, which is one of the Main reasons I’ve continued to use them since they were higher priced then other sources, is starting to slip and obviously makes me a little concerned for both this and future orders.
