I have the same shit, but in my both triceps. Hot, pain and much bigger than normal. It go away after 7-8 days. Now filtering with 5um needle filter, after 4 injections, everything prefect.

Either you pre-emptively start an antibiotic regimen, or you get your ass to a doctor. Of the two, I'd have already started antibiotics and been monitoring the situation. But then again, I am of the mind that having antibiotics on hand as part of my cycle ancillaries and I keep a selection on hand at all times.

With Ghoul recently bringing to my attention that my GH is much more likely to stop working without being filtered due to antibodies / immunogenicity...I think I'm gonna splurge (without the charitable gift) on some filters for oils and peps + vials.

It could be worse. If your HGH came in ampoules, some of it would stick to the glass particles. When those growth hormone covered glass particles are injected, the immune response is so strong it becomes "growth hormone vaccine", potentially making you immune to your own naturally produced growth hormone.....
