Have you reached out to them through their email? It is on the first page of the thread. Im not sure how you got to the website, but i would email them from the email provided to be sure. They do have a thing about only assigning one rep per customer though. Sometimes if you email them and ask to switch though because the rep is being lazy or just unresponsive, they will assign a new rep. But i would definitely email them through their official email listed on the first page to be sure you are talking to the right personyeah fair. when i went to the website i got sent right back to the same rep and they really badly want me to go to whatsapp for some reason. guess ill chalk it up to me being an idiot and keep trying. am i allowed to say which rep I'm dealing with? [or like would it be bad form to mention it?]
